Chapter 670 - Chapter 670: Bathing

Dai Chengfeng cradled her ankle, lifting that jade-white foot. Morning light slanted through the window, glinting off the water droplets sliding down her elegant instep—refracting into prismatic sparks.

Her foot was slender and graceful, the arch a perfect crescent. Her five toes were plump and rounded, nails neatly trimmed, flushed with a soft pink like budding petals.

Bibi Dong opened her eyes, puzzled. "What are you doing?"

Dai Chengfeng didn't answer. He just lowered his head, pressing his thumb gently against her sole, then tracing the arch's curve with slow, deliberate strokes.

His touch was feather-light, yet intensely focused.

Bibi Dong's foot twitched from the tickle. She tried to pull away—but he held her tighter.

The delicate sensation shot up her spine, warming her ears. "You… be gentler," she chided, voice trembling.

Dai Chengfeng chuckled lowly, fingers mapping the flawless arc of her arch. Water droplets shattered into glitter between his knuckles.

"Alright, alright…"

"But Your Holiness truly has exquisite feet."

Bibi Dong flushed under his intense gaze, trying to withdraw her foot—but Dai Chengfeng's grip on her ankle was unyielding.

She huffed, tone laced with mock disdain, violet eyes glinting with mischief:

"You… you've got some special preferences, don't you?"

Dai Chengfeng lifted his head, brows arched, smiling openly. "No."

Bibi Dong clearly didn't believe him. "Hmph. Who'd believe that? What normal person plays with someone else's feet like this?"

Dai Chengfeng's laugh rumbled from his chest, warm with steam. "Believe what you want."

He bent down again, meticulously massaging between her toes with his fingertips—as if checking each one for flaws.

Bibi Dong squirmed, torn between ticklishness and pleasure. "Stop it… it tickles!"

Dai Chengfeng caught her restless ankle, looking up with amusement. "Should I stop, then?"

Bibi Dong glared. "You'd better."

But the moment the words left her lips, Dai Chengfeng dipped his head—and pressed the lightest kiss to her instep.

Bibi Dong froze, face blazing crimson from cheeks to ears. "Dai Chengfeng!"

He looked up, feigning innocence. "That's not playing. Just a kiss."

Furious, she tried to kick him—but he seized her other foot, repeating his meticulous ministrations.

"You…"

She gritted her teeth. "If you keep this up, I'll ignore you."

Dai Chengfeng finally released her feet, laughing as he pulled her into his arms, chin resting atop her head. "Alright, no more."

He took the floral essence again, resuming her bath.

This time, he behaved—mostly. His palms lingered on her body, occasionally pausing at soft curves, drawing breathy sighs from her.

The water cooled; steam thinned.

Bibi Dong nestled against his chest, voice soft. "…Done?"

"Mm."

Dai Chengfeng kissed her forehead. "Clean enough to eat."

She rolled her eyes but didn't argue, looping her arms around his neck. "Carry me back."

He obeyed, lifting her from the water. Droplets cascaded down their entwined bodies, splashing softly on the jade floor.

Grabbing a pre-warmed white towel, he wrapped her like fragile treasure, carefully blotting every bead of moisture.

Swaddled in the towel, only her face peeked out—damp violet hair clinging to her flushed cheeks, making her look docile, almost kittenish.

She tugged his tunic, whispering: "Back to bed."

Dai Chengfeng grinned. "So eager?"

Bibi Dong shot him a glare. "I'm cold."

"Alright."

He stopped teasing, carrying her through the side chamber to the main bedchamber.

Gauze curtains hung low. Brighter morning light filled the room with warmth.

He laid her gently on the divan, following her onto the bed, slowly unwrapping the towel.

Bibi Dong lay bare on silk sheets, skin flushed pink from the hot water—like peeled lychee, translucent and dewy.

He kissed her nose. "Still cold?"

She looped her arms around his neck, pulling him down. "Not anymore…"

A pause. "…But I still want you holding me."

Dai Chengfeng's heart clenched. He kissed her deeply.

This kiss was slow, deliberate—as if reclaiming all the moments lost in the bath.

His hand slid from her waist upward, cupping softness, thumb stroking until her breath hitched.

Bibi Dong wound her legs around his waist, clinging like ivy.

"Chengfeng…" Her voice trembled. "Don't stop."

He hummed lowly, lips trailing from her mouth to her throat, then lower…

Bibi Dong arched her neck, gasps spilling from her lips. Fingers tangled in his hair, gripping tight.

Morning light shifted. Gauze curtains swayed.

Time stretched again.

Dai Chengfeng's kisses mapped her abdomen, dipped into her waist hollow, then returned to her lips.

Suddenly, Bibi Dong rolled over, pinning him beneath her.

Her hair fell like a curtain, shielding their faces.

She bent down, biting his neck gently.

Dai Chengfeng groaned, hands tightening on her waist, voice rough: "Dong'er… biting me again?"

Bibi Dong lifted her head, violet eyes glistening, lips curving in triumph. "Mm."

She kissed his chest, descending slowly—as if repaying every touch twofold.

Dai Chengfeng's head fell back, Adam's apple bobbing, chest heaving. Fingers dug into her back.

"Dong'er…" His voice was gravel. "If you keep this up… I won't hold back."

Bibi Dong's laugh was honeyed temptation. "Then… don't."

She kissed him fiercely.

...

Morning light flooded the gauze curtains, dyeing them honey-gold.

The bedchamber hung heavy with languid warmth, the air sweet with Bibi Dong's unique scent—mingled with the faint salt of post-passion sweat.

Dai Chengfeng propped himself on an elbow, gaze fixed on the woman beside him.

Bibi Dong lay curled in silk sheets, violet hair spilling across the pillow. Strands damp with sweat clung to her flushed cheeks and neck.

Eyes closed, lashes casting delicate shadows, her breathing had steadied—yet still carried a soft, sated lilt.

His eyes traced her silhouette: smooth brow, pert nose, lips slightly swollen yet undeniably sensual.

Lower, past the elegant collarbone—beads of sweat glistened on her porcelain skin, fracturing light into tiny rainbows. She resembled warm jade freshly carved and rinsed in spring water, radiating breathtaking vitality and allure.
