"I need you to become a god!"
Daniel didn't hold back and directly expressed his thoughts.
On the other side, Isabella maintained a faint smile.
"I see."
"Little brother, what you're saying is something I've always dreamed of!"
"However... compared to that, what I want more is you."
Isabella said, slowly rising from the bath.
Daniel's hearing was sharp enough to catch the sounds of her emerging from the water.
Though he didn't look, his mind had already conjured the entire scene.
Soon after, Daniel could feel Isabella embrace him from behind.
A soft whisper echoed in his ear.
"Little brother, you must have a special reason for wanting me to become a god, right?"
"Let me guess, if I'm not mistaken, you want to save another woman, right?"
Daniel could clearly sense the faint bitterness in Isabella's voice.
In fact, he wasn't at all surprised that Isabella could guess this.
