Elisa (then called Elena) had already drilled through the life core of the Ice Hawk Emperor. By this point, she had burned away eighty percent of his soul, spiritual essence, and life essence. With only twenty percent remaining, the Ice Hawk Emperor, whose colossal body rivaled the size of most average infinite source worlds, began shrinking rapidly as his aura weakened and his consciousness started collapsing from within.
Realizing he had no hope of survival, the Ice Hawk Emperor chose one final desperate measure.
He decided to self-destruct his damaged life core, intending to drag Elisa into annihilation with him.
But how could Elisa allow that?
The dormant crimson flames hidden within her suddenly erupted.
Her aura surged once again as the crimson flames merged with the black flames surrounding her, giving birth to terrifying crimson-black flames. The newly formed flames instantly tore apart the karmic connection the Ice Hawk Emperor was trying to establish with her through his self-destruction.
Without hesitation, Elisa unleashed the Void-Tearing Claw once more.
Her claw pierced through the already damaged life core, completely destroying what remained of it.
The final traces of the Ice Hawk Emperor's soul, spiritual essence, and life essence were instantly annihilated.
His enormous body became motionless, no longer shrinking after reaching a size of three hundred million light-years from its original span of several trillion light-years.
Elisa emerged from the corpse and expanded her body from only a few centimeters to more than a dozen billion light-years in length. She then opened an independent pocket dimension she had created and stored the Ice Hawk Emperor's corpse inside, intending to study it later.
...
Solanky looked calmly at the seven-headed serpent before casually storing the Source Severing Blade inside a small internal world he had created and sealed within his index finger.
Then he said, "I won't need the Source Severing Blade to deal with you. My bare hands are enough."
The seven-headed serpent visibly relaxed.
The weapon it feared above all else had been put away before the battle had even begun.
The serpent smiled and asked, "How do I know you won't go back on your word and use it halfway through the battle?"
Solanky chuckled.
"Pfft. Do you really think I would stoop so low as to break my word? If my strength without the blade isn't enough to overpower or kill you with my bare hands, then that simply means I wasn't strong enough. Enough with the pointless conversation. Let's begin."
The serpent let out a dry laugh.
Its massive body twisted through space as all seven heads merged into a single gigantic head.
Its already terrifying aura exploded upward, rising from five thousand times the strength of an average Infinite Source God to nearly nine thousand times before finally stabilizing.
At that moment, Solanky finally understood why the other calamitous beings revered this serpent so deeply.
It was the most promising calamitous being of its generation, possessing the potential to step into the Entity Realm, the level corresponding to ten thousand times the power of an average Infinite Source God.
The serpent lunged toward Solanky with astonishing speed.
It moved even faster than the Ice Hawk Emperor, crossing space at several thousand times the speed of light.
Solanky remained completely motionless.
He even allowed his source-defying armor to recede beneath his skin.
He intended to receive the serpent's attack with nothing but his physical body to verify a theory of his own.
Seeing this, the serpent burst into laughter.
"How foolish. You actually intend to face my attack without that armor of yours? Let's see whether your body can withstand this."
The serpent twisted its colossal body before whipping its tail toward Solanky.
The strike carried enough destructive force to obliterate entire clusters of infinite source worlds along with the countless multiverses contained within them.
The massive tail slammed directly into Solanky's body.
He was pushed only several kilometers backward before finally coming to a stop.
The serpent's expression instantly changed.
That tail strike was its signature killing technique.
It had used that very move to defeat numerous rival calamitous beings and massacre countless Infinite Source Gods.
Yet the being standing before it had endured the attack with nothing but his flesh, completely unharmed and without relying on any armor.
Solanky steadied himself before smiling.
"Not bad."
"No wonder the other calamitous beings respect you so much. If that attack had landed on an ordinary Infinite Source God, they would have been annihilated instantly. Even a calamitous being possessing strength comparable to yours would suffer injuries requiring countless samsaras to recover. A thousand samsaras would still not be enough."
He smiled faintly.
"Fortunately, I am no ordinary being."
Solanky slowly walked toward the serpent.
With every step, more of his previously sealed aura was released.
The surrounding calamitous beings immediately froze in horror.
The fluctuations emanating from Solanky alone had already surpassed nine thousand times the strength of an Infinite Source God.
Then they crossed the critical threshold.
Ten thousand times.
At that instant, Solanky's presence reached the level of a true Entity.
The seven-headed serpent's heart filled with terror.
The pressure radiating from Solanky reminded it of the ancient progenitors of the calamitous race that slumbered deep within the endless void of the infinite source space.
Without even hesitating, the serpent made an immediate decision.
Escape.
It willingly sacrificed one of its merged heads.
A massive vortex appeared behind it, and the serpent fled into the depths of the void, intending to seek refuge with its ancestral beings.
The remaining calamitous beings stared in disbelief as their leader abandoned them.
When the vortex collapsed immediately after the serpent disappeared, panic spread among them.
They scattered in every direction, each desperately trying to escape.
Solanky simply smiled.
He slowly stretched out both hands.
The moment he did, time and space around every fleeing calamitous being froze.
Then the frozen regions began collapsing.
Within those collapsing domains, time, space, matter, cause, and effect all crumbled into nothingness.
The calamitous beings vanished completely, leaving behind no trace of their existence.
Looking at the empty void, Solanky smiled to himself.
"So this is the true power of an Entity-level being."
"And this is without using the icy blue flames or any of the other defying flames."
He slowly clenched his fist.
"I can now erase any being beneath this level with a single thought, including every hidden clone scattered across countless multiverses, without even taking a single step."
A smile spread across his face.
"Elisa."
"Come with me."
"It is time to visit the Void Region."
"I hope that serpent's escape has given its ancestors enough time to prepare for my arrival."
Elisa's eyes lit up with excitement.
She knew that journey into the Void Region might present an opportunity for her to advance into the Infinite Source God Realm, or perhaps even ascend to the Entity Realm itself.
