The golem then stopped attacking Solanky and said, "It seems that you have come to the realization that to defeat me you have to create a technique of your own. I will wait for you to create your own technique; rest assured that I won't attack you. But remember, in order to get techniques superior to the scattered jade slips of the forsaken god. Those slips you find outside this mountain range are the failed attempts of the forsaken god when he was about to get through to the level above the transcendent level. That is why jade slips are coveted by the transcendent entities in the realm because comprehending techniques of that level would increase their combat prowess." The golem stepped back and sat down cross-legged before Solanky, with the light in its eyes dimming slowly till it faded out completely.
Solanky then moved swiftly at his top speed, looking to bypass the golem and enter the cave to the next level. But before he could reach 100 m of the entrance to the cave, the world around instantly darkened, and then the second golem appeared directly before him and caught him with his huge palm and threw him into the distance.
Solanky was shocked because the darkened world that fell upon him was absurd because he couldn't sense the outside world, and he could definitely tell that was the domain of power of a powerful transcendent entity a notch higher than Elisa and the first venerable one. The golem said, "Do not try to be smarter with me again, because you cannot go past me without creating your own techniques." They then went back to their previous posture and position as if the hands of time had been turned backwards. The golem went back to being lifeless and seated before Solanky. Solanky calmed himself down, and he started to prepare himself to enter a tranquil state where he could allow himself to enter the state he normally enters to create techniques. For the first time ever since he entered the forsaken realm, he took out the source-severing blade, and he began to practice the collapsing neutron star and void shadow steps together, honing and improving upon these techniques, which he was very familiar with.
He stayed in the trial grounds for another hundred years before these techniques reached the level of a transcendent entity's technique. The golem before him, eyes' shone and said, "Good, but it is just at the level of a transcendent saint, just a little bit below the venerable level." Solanky, hearing this, then asked him if the transcendent level was divided into tiers; the golem tossed out a jade to him before the light in its eyes went out.
Solanky caught the jade and scanned it with his mental energy; inside the jade there were three listed characters, namely Saint, Saint Venerable, and Saint Emperor. He gently tapped on the Saint character, and a load of information poured into his consciousness. According to the information, all transcendent entity-level beings were called Saints; this was because they had overcome the fundamental shackles and laws that bound them to the collective realms and sources of energies. Although source energies were a crucial part in one's development, solely relying on them reduces one's potential to defy the collective minds of the realm, which specified the amount of energies they could absorb from the collective minds. Solanky asked himself, "What is the collective mind and the collective realms?" as it seemed very mysterious to him, as he taught the world and realm he had been living in wasn't that simple and there was more to uncover when he became a transcendent or created a powerful technique on that level. The saint is the first level of the transcendent entity realm; at this stage one begins to stop depending on the collective realm's energies and solely depend on their comprehension of the laws of the collective realm and twist those laws to suit them.
At the saint level the collective realm ceases to supply energies to beings at this level because of the defiance and change in energies as both energies of the being and the collective realms become polar opposites of each other. Because of this, injured transcendent entities find it difficult to heal themselves without relying on external treasures or measures. Compared to the peak entity level, which has at most 999,999 times the strength of an I.S.G., Saints are more resilient and mostly have an edge over peak entity level beings because, in terms of physical strength alone, they are ten times stronger than the most powerful peak entity level beings.
Only powerful techniques above the first level of the transcendent entity level could pose a threat to them, as collective realm energies barely leave a scratch on their bodies.
Solanky then touched the venerable character, and he learned that although the saint and venerable saint are just a level apart, the differences in strength and abilities were like comparing a candle to a bonfire. In terms of physical strength alone, a venerable saint was a hundred times more resilient and powerful than a saint, and their manipulation of their surrounding energies was top-notch, with them having the ability to convert collective realm energies into their own and heal themselves. And at this level, the mysteries of the collective realms, together with the powerful beings, begin to reveal hints of themselves to them.
He then touched the last character, which was the Saint Emperor; the moment he touched it, he felt his consciousness falling into a dark abyss. Unlike the other two previous stages, the Saint Emperor had an independent memory space, which sucked the readers' will and consciousness into itself. This was because at the Saint Emperor level, many secrets were held and stored in the memory space. A wave of energy brushed past Solanky's consciousness and pushed him away to reality, saying, "You are not yet ready; come back when you create a technique at the venerable saint stage or higher." Solanky jolted up in shock because the dark abyss he experienced now was comparable to the dark domain the golem had used on him.
Solanky composed himself and began practicing relentlessly for another two hundred years of the trial space. All this while, only five days had gone by in the forsaken realm, so his absence did not arouse any suspicions, as it was thought that he was still in the ancestral beast holy land getting himself acquainted with the terrifying ancestral beast. After another year of relentless practice in the trial space, Solanky had made tremendous improvement in old techniques, elevating one to the level of a saint emperor technique and raising two to the level of a saint venerable technique. The techniques were the star god's constellation annihilation palm, a Saint Emperor-level technique, and collapsing neutron star and fate-piercing thrust at the Saint Venerable stage. After creating and improving these techniques, he didn't rush to challenge the golem. He sat down to recover his strength and check the Saint Emperor on the jade once more, but before he checked the jade, a flood of tiredness washed over him for the first time. For a being at the entity level, tiredness was mostly unheard of unless they were being chased by a powerful being whose power surpassed theirs or engaged in relentless battle or if they pushed themselves to surpass their limits of power and comprehension.
He laid himself sprawled onto the ground and fell into a deep slumber; while he was sleeping, his hand touched the Saint Emperor character.
