For an early-stage entity, its consciousness still remains a vast world with only stars. And with only that, they can suppress any being beneath this level with their consciousness pressure alone. They can also freely shift their consciousness to any part of their bodies, and they can merge it with their internal worlds. This is because the cave world absorbs the energies from the world their creators are from, and the internal worlds depend on the energies of their creator, which is filtered.
