The purple cosmic storm vortex struck a direct hit, blowing Unknown far into the center of the storm.
However, instead of being crushed to pieces, Unknown simply floated backward calmly. His protective barrier withstood the tornado's entire destructive force without a single scratch.
Unknown slowly glanced upward. There, the giant form of the cosmic eel had swooped down at full speed, intending to ram and crush him into dust.
Instead of dodging, Unknown gave a faint smirk. He clenched his fists tightly, channeling a swirling vortex of explosive pure energy.
In the blink of an eye, he shot upward, heading straight for the cosmic eel's snout.
BOOM!!!
The brutal clash between Unknown's energy fist and the eel's giant head triggered an absurdly massive explosion.
The impact was so devastating that it shattered the surrounding vacuum.
Dimensional rifts cracked and spread like glass struck by a god's hammer.
After the explosion subsided, an absurd scene presented itself. In the middle of the devastated void, Unknown was seen lying flat on his back, extremely relaxed, floating in the emptiness while resting his head on both hands, as if he were just chilling in a park "Hahhh~ that was fun."
Unknown's eyes accidentally glanced upward, catching the dimensional cracks in the void's ceiling that were spreading further due to the explosion.
"Whoa, it could be troublesome if left to spread," he muttered.
He raised one hand, radiating a soothing glow of blue power (Blue). The blue energy knitted the torn fabric of reality back together, patching the dimensional rifts until they were completely whole again in an instant.
Once the sky business was settled, Unknown got back up. "Its Time for the main arc!"
He shot forward, turning back toward The Creator's absolute barrier wall, which had remained impenetrable. This time, he didn't want to mess around anymore.
Unknown clenched his fist again, focusing all his pure energy into a single point. With full momentum, he smashed his fist against the surface of the dimensional barrier.
CRANK! SHATTER!!!
The supposedly impenetrable dimensional wall finally shattered into pieces, breaking like scattered glass in the vacuum.
Unknown dashed through the defenses and swooped down. With a perfect landing striking the ground with one knee and one fist he landed firmly. Slowly, he raised his face.
Before him towered a majestic, hidden kingdom that had been kept secret by the Box within the absolute void.
Without warning, Unknown withdrew his consciousness. The soul exchange happened in a matter of milliseconds.
In an instant, Steve regained control of his body. He walked casually toward the towering kingdom gates in the middle of the void.
With the remaining strength flowing through his veins, Steve bent the massive iron fence as easily as snapping a dry twig, then pushed the giant gates before him wide open.
"Whose kingdom is this, anyway?" Steve asked in his head, walking down the majestic, silent, and eerie hallways.
"It's the kingdom belonging to my clone and that Box," Unknown replied with a flat tone.
Steve's footsteps finally stopped in front of a large double door labeled Kingdom Storage.
He pushed it open, and his eyes were immediately greeted by piles of treasure and rows of the kingdom's heirloom weapons.
Steve walked past the luxurious items until his gaze locked onto one weapon embedded at the far end of the room, with a name above it reading first king's Weapon.
"That's it," Unknown muttered.
"Is this the sword?" Steve asked to make sure, his steps drawing closer.
"Yes," Unknown replied, annoyed that Steve was asking too many questions.
However, right before Steve's fingers touched the hilt of the weapon-storing sword, Unknown's instinct screamed loudly.
"(GET BACK!)"
Too late. WHOOSH!!
From the side, a beam of extreme-temperature energy laser struck dead on. The impact was so hard and sudden that it blew Steve's body backward, slamming him brutally into the stone wall.
The absurd heat burned his skin and flesh, charring both the wall and his body. Steve's body instantly melted like a candle burned by hellfire.
When the laser subsided, Steve slumped face-first onto the floor. His destroyed and melted body smoked heavily, losing its original form.
From the dense shadows in the corner of the room, a humanoid creature stepped out. Its eyes glowed red. Half of its body looked like a roughly sewn undead a horrifying anomaly that made Unknown flinch inside Steve's mind, as if recalling his past.
"(That weird creature?! Get up quickly, Steve!!!)" Unknown shouted in panic, realizing the impending threat.
"Ugh... my body is melting... it stings..." Steve groaned with a hoarse voice. His body was stiff, struggling hard to force his regeneration system into overdrive to restore the charred cells.
Seeing its prey helpless, the humanoid zombie walked slowly toward Steve, who was still sprawled on the ground. Emotionless, it swung its leg, kicking Steve's ruined body with terrifying force.
BOOM!! Steve's body was thrown through multiple layers of thick kingdom walls, creating gaping holes in every room he passed through.
Not yet satisfied with the destruction, the stitched creature spread both its arms. Gathering deadly energy, both of its eyes glowed bright red. In an instant, it unleashed a destructive laser beam straight at Steve, who had just landed among the rubble.
With his remaining strength and a body that could slowly move again, Steve forced himself to stand.
His gaze sharpened. His hand stretched forward, summoning the power of Pure Darkness to form a pitch-black energy shield right before the red laser hit him.
BOOOMMM!!!
The two energies clashed violently, creating a whirlwind and a blinding flash of light. Behind his shield, Steve's face grimaced as he bore the weight. His feet were dragged backward, and both his arms trembled violently, withstanding the pressure of the laser that felt like it wanted to pulverize his body.
