The foresight's weakness turned out to be a simple matter.
It was a powerful ability enabling the Impiana to foresee everything that would happen thirty to sixty seconds in the future.
But the Impiana was only allowed such vision whenever its eyes were glowing brighter than usual.
It could not use such powerful skill all the time.
I initially expected the Impiana was always able to see the future given how well it anticipated my attacks.
But it turned out most of the credit lied in its own impeccable senses and judgment.
As I pointed out, the Impiana was a smart creature.
It was easier to figure out a way to strike the monster once I knew for certain it could no longer see the future.
In the presence of an intelligent opponent, all I needed to do was to make them gamble, and make sure the odds lied in my favor.
So I made the Impiana choose which between my projected copy and I would attack it.
The monster might think the two of us would attack at the same time.
But I made sure the creature would think only one of us to do it by feinting the spell-casting.
Once its foresight ability was deactivated, the Impiana had no choice but to rely on what it was actually seeing in real time.
My attack then went through as the monster committed a blunder.
Boom!
The lightning strike unleashed by my shadow heavily destroyed the Impiana's wings.
It was then a barrage of arrows struck the creature.
KREEE!!!
Tarran accurately fired at the flying beast and injured it further all over.
The Impiana started readying its spells to attack the archer, but I prevented the casting with elemental assaults of my own.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Tarran and I bombarded the Impiana with relentless assaults.
The monster had activated its foresight again but all it could do was predict the trajectories of our attacks to avoid them.
Even then most of our attacks still went through since the Impiana's wings were injured and could no longer fly properly.

Having turned the tide of the battle in our favor, I observed the rest of the battlefields where the other parties fought.
Party 2 was battling hard against the Groundeater.
Yuxia furiously summoned lightning and fire worth Third Circle and Fourth Circle spells, chipping away at the giant monster's shell of rock formation.
Zecht and the others swooped into the vulnerable exposed parts and focused their attacks there.
Party 3 was seen hunting the Night Shadow throughout the ruined jungle.
Vallerynne and Graihan detected the creature and pointed out to their comrades whenever it went into hiding.
Matrias would use his ranged magic assaults to block the monster to let his comrades attack it.
Party 4 was swarming the Blazing Strider like vultures to a carrion.
They would fly high, attack the monster from afar, and dive in to inflict more injuries as it was off balanced.
Boom!
A large explosion erupted in the northeast, creating a giant radiant dome which unleashed a shockwave that travelled throughout the battlefield.
I observed the location once the dome vanished.
A vast crater had taken the place of the dome.
Its size was ten times the fortress we were summoned in. Almost a quarter of the entire field allowed in the mission.
Lauressia and her children was standing precisely at the perimeter of the crater. Scattered in all four directions.
While at the far center, stood Andaman.
He was beaming with energy which flared like the sun. The Tsamudran's exclusive True High Blood skill which significantly improved his stats.
His golden trident was planted on the ground.
The rifts throughout the crater suggested that the weapon was the object that terraformed that part of the jungle.
This must be the Realm Breaker skill which Andaman told he could not perform in the lobby.
Judging by its effect right now, the 5-star would have at least obliterated an entire floor of the lobby if he was to practice the skill.
Whatever the 5-star struck was nowhere to be seen. Not even its remains.
But I was certain it had to be the Doom Crawler.
There was no sign of corruption or taint on the Tsamudrans.
So their words were true about having faced similar creatures before.

Back to my party's own opponent, the Impiana was still busy dodging the barrage sent by Tarran and I.
It was flying so close to the ground due to its wings barely functioning anymore.
I proceeded to hover my palm over the creature and clench it into a fist.
Invisible forces suddenly snapped into the Impiana, crushing it from every direction and paralyzing its wings completely.
Even its strengthened body could no longer withstand my telekinesis.
KREEEE!!!
I swept my hand to the side and the Impiana was thrown toward that direction.
The Impiana crashed to an opening inside the jungle's wreckage.
Right where Jonah, Shanny, and Devisha had been waiting.
My three comrades immediately charged at the heavily injured monster.
The Impiana's eyes suddenly glowed brighter, activating its foresight.
Apparently it refused to go down easily despite its wounds.
KREEEEE!!!
Fist-sized lightning orbs emerged around the Impiana, barely worth a First Circle spell.
The lightning dashed toward my comrades rapidly.
Despite relying on its foresight, the Impiana's magic assaults were significantly less precise and less calculated.
My comrades were able to dodge the lightning without having to do advanced maneuvers.
It seemed like the heavy injuries had drained the monster's focus and judgment as well.
The Impiana then swung its great claws toward the first hero that approached it.
Shanny raised her shield and faced the attack head on.
Clang!
A powerful shockwave erupted.
The former maid was pushed several steps back while the Impiana was thrown to its side.

The Impiana was channeling all of its power to restore its state.
"Cripple it! Don't let the monster heal itself completely!"
Upon my order, powerful aura erupted from Shanny.

The former maid joined her comrades and unleashed her own barrage of assaults. Obliterating and butchering.

The Impiana had stopped attacking with Shanny's rampage.
But it was still healing itself and remained standing.
Tarran finally arrived and rained down arrows to the monster which brought the creature down.
It was then that I finished casting my spell.
"Get away from the monster!"
I urged my comrades.
A giant swirl of clouds had formed in the sky right above the felled Impiana.
Having practiced it before with the Seventh Circle spell with the other mages, I casted a weaker Sixth Circle version of it.
Weaker than the previous Seventh Circle spell, or even a Sixth Circle aether spell, but still strong enough to eradicate an injured Elder Impiana.
[Descend]
A great pillar of lightning cladded in hurricane sped down from the center of the cloud vortex.
It struck right where the Impiana was laying and erupted into a large dome of light.
Everything was obliterated where the dome consumed.
The dome vanished just few dozen steps before my comrades and revealed a hollow crater.
The Impiana was nowhere to be seen. Eradicated by the lightning pillar.
I turned my gaze to the other parts of the battlefield.
The Groundeater lied motionlessly on the surface with Party 2 stood surrounding the corpse.
Its shell had been split open in half, forming a hill of butchered and scorched flesh.
The Night Shadow was formless. Whatever remained of it had scattered around the feet of Party 3's members.
No more lightning was radiating from the Blazing Strider.
Its corpse lied motionlessly as dozens of feather blades were pierced into its flesh, the Garudas watching from above with pleased expressions.
