Finally after truly understanding his emotions Jaivik moved to the next step. So the second step was learning about sprinkle. He had to learn about its features.
"First, you need to learn how it looks. So this is how it looks." Said Kartavya, as he extended his hands slowly and gradually a sparkling powder like substance appeared. It was colurful and was shinning as if jewels and gems was in it. Never, never had Jaivik seen something so beautiful. Minute by minute, second by second it's quantity increased.
"This is how it looks." Explained Kartavya
"It's, it's so gorgeous!"
"You think so?"
"Obviously I do, it's like beautiful gems are broken in fragments."
"Now try to feel it in your body."
Jaivik concentrated but wasn't able to feel it. Where? Where could such a great ability be hiding? He wondered.
He burned his midnight oil for a week and finally was able to feel it flowing in his body. And now, was the time when he needed to visit that certain place.
"We'll go there tomorrow." Said Kartavya
"Hm....."
"You should rest in your room young lad."
"Okay!"
And so Jaivik went in his room. I wonder what that place would be like! While thinking this Jaivik feel asleep.
Next day he got ready and finally it was time to visit that certain place excited Jaivik was very curious. Both Kartavya and Jaivik had breakfast together peacefully.
"Are you ready to visit that place?"
"I am!"
"Then be ready my young pal as we are going there right now."
Saying this Kartavya raised both of his hands slightly upward and soon powdery shining sprinkle appeared in seconds they were surrounded by it. It's sparkle made Jaivik's eyes twinkle with excitement. What would that place be like. He wondered with excitement. Soon there was a flash of light blinding his eyes. And when he opened them a breathtaking veiw lyed in front of him. Everything was made of the brightly twinkling sprinkle, sparkling land looking prettier that the grass itself, birds flying looking as it had descended from the heavens itself! The sky full of so many colors looking as if someone had painted over it, a river flowing shining as if someone had embedded all the jewels in that one river, the trees looked as if it was the tree of fortune itself, the sun looked like a bright big pearl left by the angels themselves but the most beautiful thing about it was the harmony that place had, maybe earth was so beautiful too even if in its own different way, it might had looked so beautiful too before all the conflict started or perhaps the moment from which trust had started dying taking the earth's beauty along with it.
Am I dreaming! Thinking this Jaivik pulled his cheeks. Ouch! It hurts! This means, this pretty landscape wasn't a dream! He gazed all around himself. Was this how it would have looked if the stars or perhaps the heaven itself had descended on earth! Wondered Jaivik with an sparkle in his eyes maybe detecting excitement to learn about the very thing which made this beautiful sight.
Jaivik was told that this place was still under the process of creation and it was being made by the very lad who had taken him here. After two months of burning midnight oil. Finally he had mastered his graceful gift of sprinkle. By now Jaivik felt fortunate to have been provided with such a great gift, but, but he was missing the simple joy of being with his family he missed the happiness he got everytime his head was stroked, everytime he was hugged or kissed by his beloved brother or sister, or the affectionate tone whenever he was called 'Jai' by his elder sister or 'big brother' by Jeevan. He wanted to rush to his family and correct all the mistakes he had made. He didn't want more regrets, he wanted to erase regrets he could, he didn't want to create more regrets especially the ones that can never be erased like never thanking his parents, never telling them how much he had loved them, how grateful he was, how much he appreciated the simple things they did for him in his everyday life, he wanted to meet them once, just once to tell them how much he wanted to talk to them about and wanted to tell them that they had done enough for him and he can manage things and now when they were dead they should just rest in peace without any worries for their children. Each night after that misery two years ago, each night before going to bed, he went to the room which had their picture with the garland on it, he prayed for them, for them to rest in peace and not to worry about their little ones, told them through his prayers that they were just doing fine and even though they felt lonely without them, they could handle themselves, he told them if the burden would become too much for them to handle alone they would lean on each other's shoulders or on their cousins'. He believed they heard their prayers and that they were happy in the heavens with no regret or worries for the ones they once knew back in the world of living. From the bottom of his heart he still loved them, they were the ones who had nurtured him and now, when they were no longer around he realised how much he was depended on them. He believed that he loved them and they loved him even if they could not meet each other, hug each other, talk to each other, their presence was with him he had faith that they were up there watching over them and so, he wanted to make them proud.
He was standing in his room, thinking about his family both with and without his parents when he heard a familiar voice calling him.
"Brother- big brother-" It was Jeevan!
For one moment he didn't knew anything, it was his brother, he didn't care whether it was a dream or not, he just ran like a mad horse. And there he was, his brother. The two hugged each other, tears of relief and joy rolled down their cheeks. Their happiness knew no bounds as they hugged each other and cried together.
"Brother in the beginning I was so scared without you or sis by my side, I was so terrified, I thought I was gonna die with it but then, then I met some new friends, they helped me, if they wouldn't have been there I don't know what I would have done. Oh I missed you so much I, I am so so glad to see you, it almost seems like a dream, I was so worried about you."
Jaivik just stroked his head and listened, listened
his brother than like an elder brother wiped his tears.
"Jeev, I am over the moon to see you too but stop crying, I will never leave you alone again. Now we have to go get sis."
"Yeah!"
Only when they stopped sheding tears Jaivik saw Kartvya standing beside a wall, smiling. He looked at him and thought how much he had helped him.
"Thanks big brother Kartavya, I don't know what I would have done without you, I don't know how to thank you!"
"Now don't thank me its-"
"Your duty as my friend." He said smiling
"Exactly, I guess I speak this sentence too much."
Now both of them laughed together. They knew it wasn't the end of their time together, deep in their hearts both of them knew they would meet each other again and again through their journey of magic, miracles and self exploration.
They went to the permanent door. Jaivik hugged Kartavya to bid a goodbye and Kartavya stroked his head. Then Jeevan operated the door and they were off to their journey to find Janhavi.
