The young man was standing infront of his window staring at Roselia's house. But now it was pin drop silence.
"Now that I'm thinking about it I heard noises of shouting from somewhere earlier" he spoke to himself, he was kinda worried.
"But it stopped I guess" he thought, he then left from the window and started to do his work again in his laptop
"I don't need to worry about her, she has a husband and it's not like I know her but still my heart and brain is only thinking about her... Her face" the young man spoke to himself and his voice got softened.
Roselia's cat was sleeping on a couch.
And...
In her bedroom, Roselia was on the ground and her left leg was covered by her blood. Looks like it got heavily injured
A heavy box covered in blood was next to her leg
A Rose's one petal got crushed by a box.
Her husband grabbed her by her long hair and threw her on the bed.
He pinned both of her arms by his grip and covered her mouth to make sure that she doesn't scream and he forcefully started to kiss her on her neck
She wasn't able to do anything at that moment she was hopeless, she was in pain...
That wasn't love.
It was marital r*pe
And the night was over
THE NEXT MORNING
The young man from the neighbour house was going somewhere wearing a dark coat rested over a fitted black shirt, the layers blending seamlessly into one another before falling into equally dark trousers.
There was no contrast, no break in color—just a continuous stretch of midnight that gave him a sharp, almost intimidating presence.
His black hair styled in a mullet was shining in the sunlight and his brown eyes showed his character and personality.
A personality of showing gentleness and kindness to everyone.
As he locked the door. He saw Hayuel leaving the house and there were a bunch of aunties outside their house.
A aunty from there called the young man by her hand gesture and he took his steps towards her and stood next to her.
"Hey Ziyan, how are you? You are so busy nowadays, aren't you?" A aunty asked, and a smile showed up on her face
The young man's name was Ziyan.
"I'm doing good aunty and yeah I'm kinda busy nowadays and what about you? Are you doing good?" Ziyan asked the aunty.
"Yeah I'm doing good aswell. By the way, do you know who shifted in this house?" That aunty asked by pointing towards the Roselia's house
Ziyan looked, and he smiled.
"Yeah, a married couple" Ziyan answered, the aunties started to laugh. Ziyan stared at them surprisingly
"Look, Mina I told you na he don't know anything who shifted in this house" a another aunty said while laughing
"Am I wrong? Aren't they couple?" Ziyan asked them, he was awaiting for a answer
"Yeah, you're right they are couple but the guy apparently is a billionaire in our country" Mina said, Ziyan was shocked by hearing that
"What?! Why would a billionaire will live here, anyway??" Ziyan asked them, he just couldn't believe. What he heard right now
"Who knows? Our neighbourhood is filling with rich and famous people, first Ziyan now the billionaire Hayuel" the another aunty said
"Billionaire Hayuel? Damnn.. I couldn't recognise him yesterday because it has been so long since I saw him in person" Ziyan muttered
"Oh really?! But to be honest Hayuel's wife must be so lucky to have a billionaire like him as her husband" Mina said and everyone started to laugh except for Ziyan
Who was just lost in his own thoughts...
"But I guess people rarely get to see Hayuel's wife literally he keep her so hidden like she is some kind of diamond" another aunty said and all of the aunties started to laugh again,
Ziyan was standing there in confusion, he was confused by hearing those things
"I'm sure that our neighbourhood is going to be famous soon like we already have a handsome man like Ziyan and now a billionaire aswell" Mina said,
all of the aunties started to laugh again, Ziyan was looking towards the Roselia's house
Suddenly the door of Roselia's house opened and Roselia came out of the house. She just grabbed everyone's attention on her
She was wearing a beautiful long dress coloured in sapphire blue, the long hairs of her were opened and were long enough to reach her waist
The brown eyes of her which had no emotions were staring at them, the skinny fair body was shining in the sunlight
A beautiful figure she was...
Ziyan was shocked and stunned by seeing her, the aunties were shocked aswell because it was their first time to saw her
"Now I know why Hayuel keeps her hidden I mean look at her she is so beautiful, am I right Shina?" Mina asked Shina,
"Yeah she is actually so much beautiful" Shina admitted,
Ziyan couldn't take his eyes off from her but he noticed something, he saw some bruishes on her face, and arms, also a red spot on her neck
Ziyan remembered the noises of shouting and the sound of falling something, which were coming from Roselia's house yesterday
Suddenly Mina called Roselia there by her hand gesture and Roselia went to them, it was the first time when Roselia saw Ziyan and it was also the first time for Ziyan to saw Roselia from this close
"She looks even more prettier from close" Ziyan thought, he was only admiring her beauty
"Hello!" Shina greeted her
"Hello! It's nice to meet you" Roselia replied with a smile
"Yeah, it's nice to meet you too. By the way, what is your name?" Shina asked to Roselia, this was the thing which Ziyan wanted to know aswell
"My name is Roselia" Roselia answered with a smile
"Oh it's such a lovely name, what's your age?" Asked Shina
"I'm 30 years old " answered Roselia with a smile
Ziyan was surprised to hear that, he thought she would be something around 24-27
"Oh! But you look so young" Shina said with a smile,
But then Ziyan noticed that there was bandage on Roselia's leg and there were some bloodstains over the bandage
"Hey! Sorry to interrupt but may I know what happened to your leg? It looks like it's way too injured" Ziyan confronted Roselia
The aunties noticed that too after Ziyan mentioned the thing, Roselia looked at her leg she was hesitating to say anything
"Oh! We didn't even notice that Ziyan you really have good eyes, how did this happen dear?" Mina asked Roselia
"No! it's nothing, it's just my cat was chasing a rat and she unintentionally pushed a heavy box, which fell on my legs" she replied with hesitation in her voice
"Oh, it's really bad" Mina said, Ziyan was looking straight into her eyes, she was kinda uncomfortable by that because she knew, she lied
"Ok so bye I have some work to do" Roselia said,
"Oh! Ok bye let's talk some other day ok" Mina said with a smile
"Yeah, ok aunty take care" Roselia said and she left from there and went straight inside her house
"Oh! I have to go aswell so aunties bye, it was so nice to have a conversation with you all" Ziyan said farewell with a smile and he waved his left hand towards the aunties and he left from there aswell the aunties said bye aswell
Inside Roselia's house she was sitting on a couch patting her cat
"literally... No one noticed my injured leg then how could he notice this?" Roselia asked herself
She was frustrated and the drops of tears rolled down from her cheeks
And Ziyan was in a car going somewhere he was only thinking about Roselia about her injuries, he was worried about her
