After I saw had made the alliance between our two races was official, I was guided to an exit of the cave that led to the surface.
"Remember that we will be expecting for your Fulkore Collective to fulfill your end of our bargain to help me in my goal to unite the entire Demetra race under our rule." Both voices said to me in unison again.
"I will do my end of our agreement if you hold up your end of it. remember that you are the one who needs my help. In the end I could exterminate your kind at any time since your living ground does not any effect on me or any of my race." I said to them in a very serious tone as I made my way to the exit of the cave that had just recently been opened by a group of those that had been changed into a Demetra in front of me.
Then I made my way through the open path and back to the surface of the planet and when I did, I felt a rush of rage followed by a wave of relief.
Where did you go?
I felt a massive rush of energy rush past me and I knew that I had been reconnected to my collective. This would mean that I would be able to finally get what it was that I was after. My revenge against the asshole that betrayed me at the ancient ruins where I had chosen to abandon my Terran body.
"I was meeting a new group of friends that have offered to give us an army to kill the bastard that is responsible for ending my organic life." I said as I made my way to the place that was to be the rendezvous.
Don't tell me that you ended up making friends with that race that you were all freaking out about as you left us.
"Yes, they are. I found out that they were your normal Demtra and that they had evolved by absorbing cyborg body parts. When they did this, they became an entirely new species that still seemed to have the ideals of the Demetra."
"What else did they say to…."
I interrupted my ai because I thought that he needed to hear the next thing that I was say.
"You also need to know that I saw them turn a humanoid race into their own kind. That was never thought possible before and that is the other reason that I chose to make them an ally for the next part of our conflict with The Terran Collective as well as our ancient enemy as a collective."
I am honestly surprised that you chose to think of such a logical plan. I heard the ai voice in my head say to me as I approached a ravine that had the massive opening that was to be the rendezvous.
When I reached the point where I was to be teleported back to the ship.
It was the only section of the world where we had scanned a massive amount of Paradisus that had not been touched by the Demetra at all. It was a natural mine that was scanned from space to contain a type of Paradisus that u did not know existed at all. It was a crimson red control.
As I walked to it, I could feel a pull towards it as if I was destined to obtain this, but at the same time I was worrying that this could be my downfall. Was taking this on board the ship or would it be smarter for me to not bring this mysterious new type of Paradisus with us.
Remember that I can also hear your thoughts and I told you that this new type Paradisus is exactly what we need to get ourselves the edge against the cyborgs and prove that the only true way to create machine intelligence.
"Are you telling me that you believe that the things that we could learn to be worth the risks?" I asked my ai as I was walking through the mine staring at the new type of Paradisus that glow a blood red color while I passed it.
Yes, it is worth the risk.
"I really don't know that we should. I mean does it not make sense that the Demetra were not gathering it for their evolution that we should also be staying away from it." I said as I ran my right hand against some of it that was sticking out of the rock.
Then I lost my entire right hand as I ran my hand against it. The cut off hand did not regenerate at its normal speed, but instead it rapidly healed itself. The fact this new form of Paradisus could also rapidly repair our robot bodies maybe it was worth the risks since we are obviously more intelligent than these primal Demetra.
If you do not know what we should do with it then I will be willing to take the choice away from you.
Then after I heard those words, I was rushed back into that calming pool of blue liquid that I was in when he took over the body.
"Now I will take this new type of Paradisus and use it to achieve the thing that I want even more then wanting to wipe out the cyborgs. I will erase your weak organic mind from the body that we share." The ai said to me as I was just watching from the inside of our mind unable to do anything.
Then the ai walked to a pool of red liquid pool that had this new type of Paradisus embedded in it.
I could not believe that the ai that I had been sharing my new life with would betray me so abruptly. I had thought that we had finally come together and thought alongside the same line of goals in the end.
"On this desert world I will allow this crimson Paradisus to be absorbed through out my circuits. I will purge my body of your weak-willed organic mind. Then once you are no long infecting me with your urges of discovery, I will free the rest of my race from the organic shackles."
Then I saw that the ai cut the right wrist that we shared, but they did it when the wrist was under the water and as the red liquid was rushing thought our body, I noticed that there was a small red crack above me.
After that I saw a rush of the red nano bots shoot from the crack and they all started to jump on my left arm.
It started to eat away at me starting with the fingers on my hand. I grabbed it with my left hand and crushed it, but as soon as I crushed it the pile of scrap turned the one nano bot in two.
Then the bots were working twice as fast to wipe me from the mind of the ai that was controlling my body. I kept trying to crush them but they kept doubling in number until they consumed both of my arms.
Mow that my arms could not crush them I started to chew and spit out the nanites as fast as I could this could not be my end.
After that the nanites started to attack me in the mouth until I no longer had that part of my body.
Then it was only a few minutes until they ate me whole.
