"How devious of him." Kaden chuckled faintly, looking at The Tales of The Fool.
He was only on the second page after the introduction, the page where the story actually began.
Raven had started in a strange yet interesting way. He had written in the first person, beginning from what he considered the true start of his poetic journey — the moment he awakened both his Origin and his Blessing of Space.
It was fascinating to read his thoughts as a child, as if he was genuinely that ten-year-old living through those events, while at the same time hearing the commentary of the old, experienced man he had become running alongside it.
But that wasn't why Kaden was calling his grandfather devious.
"You cannot turn to the next page?" Blanche said, mildly disappointed. She had been very much interested in the story.
