The golden carriage doors opened with ceremonial precision Damian stepped down from it. Sunlight brushed over his black hair as he adjusted his robe and began walking, unmoved by the curious stares gathering around him.
They all knew he was called a prince, but many never really believed it. At least until now. His decent from the royal caravan was proof enough that he was related to the king somehow.
'Alright–'
He didn't get far with walking though.
A figure blocked his path. A silver haired boy with gleaming emerald eyes stood before him with a rather annoyed expression.
This was Velkist Argent, third son of Duke Argent, he was also Damian's classmate, and according to him, Damian's arch enemy.
"Well, well," Damian drawled, with a sharp smirk "If it my old pal Velkist... Did you miss my handsome face this much." he teased.
The boy on the other hand hust sighed as hard already gotten used to this his classmates antics, at least he thought he had.
