Background — The Saint's Forgotten Child
Born the bastard of a famous saint, Wensheng was given only the bare minimum of respect. No training. No guidance. No affection.
He grew up watching disciples receive blessings while he swept floors and tended gardens.
But neglect gave him freedom.
He studied every scroll he could steal, practiced every technique he could mimic, and meditated alone in the forests until the elements finally answered him.
He left his family the moment he realized:
> He didn't need their name. He would create his own.
Now he wanders the world, selling miraculous plants, elemental constructs,
The Six‑Element Path
Wensheng cultivates a system similar to bending, but through qi:
1. Fire — heat, combustion, explosive force
2. Water — flow, healing, freezing, pressure
3. Earth — solidity, metal, minerals, armor
4. Wind — speed, cutting force, mobility
5. Wood — growth, toxins, vines, regeneration
6. Nature (Synthesis) — the unifying element, created by combining the other five
Nature is not a normal element — it is life‑force itself, the axis that binds all others.
How His Element Manipulation Works
- He channels qi like a bender, shaping it with movement, breath, and intent.
- Each element has its own stances, breathing patterns, and hand forms.
- When he combines elements, he uses Creation Arts to form something new — a plant, a weapon, a creature, or a battlefield effect.
Creation Arts — His Signature Ability
Creation Arts are the heart of his power.
They allow him to build, grow, or manifest things from pure elemental qi.
Three Steps of Creation
1. Template — a mental blueprint (seed, vine, blade, shield, creature)
2. Infusion — channeling one or more elements into the template
3. Catalysis — activating Nature qi to bring it to life
What He Can Create
- Living plants (healing herbs, poison vines, explosive seeds)
- Elemental constructs (fire‑whips, stone armor, wind‑blades)
- Hybrid creations (metal‑bark shields, water‑vines, flame‑lotus bombs)
- Temporary creatures (scout birds, vine serpents, ember foxes)
