Neru said nothing more. He raised his voice and repeated Lin Xuan's wish to Porunga.
Porunga responded quickly, "I cannot grant this wish."
Lin Xuan frowned. "Why not?"
"The universe is far too vast," Porunga explained. "Even my power can't sense the entire cosmos, let alone give you the ability to influence it all."
Lin Xuan's mind raced. "So, you're saying the scope I asked for is too broad, and that's why you can't do it?"
"Yes," Porunga admitted plainly.
Lin Xuan pressed further. "Then what's the most you can manage?"
"I can let you unleash this ability on any beings you can sense yourself."
"That's plenty!"
Lin Xuan smiled in satisfaction. "I only mentioned the whole universe to test your limits anyway. If you can't handle that, then just do what you said—let me start live broadcasts to any beings within my own sensing range."
Neru had no choice but to repeat the revised wish.
"No problem," Porunga said. "I'll grant your wish right now!"
As the words faded, Porunga's body flashed with a mysterious light.
Lin Xuan felt another change sweep through him. New information flooded his mind, and a third ability appeared on his system panel: "Mind Broadcast"!
It worked?
Seeing the ability appear left Lin Xuan more thrilled than when he'd gained his space survival and teleportation powers.
He tested it out immediately, without a second thought.
In an instant, every intelligent being on Namek—including Porunga, who hadn't left yet—saw an image appear in their minds: Lin Xuan's figure!
They watched as he waved at them. "Ahem, hello everyone. Nothing's wrong—I'm just testing the ability!"
Everyone: "..."
Porunga recovered first. "I've granted all your wishes. Farewell!"
With that, it soared into the sky, while the Dragon Balls on the ground shot upward and scattered in all directions.
Once it was gone, Namek's skies cleared up again.
After shutting down the broadcast, Lin Xuan bid farewell to the Namekian Grand Elder.
Coincidentally, his reputation points had hit exactly ten billion during the wish fulfillment.
This trip to the Dragon Ball world had accomplished nearly all his goals.
"Thanks for your hospitality, Grand Elder," Lin Xuan said with a smile. "We're about ready to head back. But I'll be sending more people to Namek over time, so I'd appreciate it if you could look after them."
He planned to relocate the people he'd left on Earth in the Dragon Ball world, as well as those still in the Naruto world, and have the Grand Elder unlock their potential.
"No problem at all."
The Grand Elder could already sense he'd end up as Lin Xuan's workhorse in the future, but since he'd chosen to ally with them, he didn't mind.
Soon after, Lin Xuan set off with Otsutsuki Kaguya and Whitebeard—the two living members of the group. He opened a world passage right there on Namek and returned straight to the One Piece world.
Orochimaru was alive too, but he wanted to stay on Namek for some research, so he held back for now.
Uchiha Madara, Senju Hashirama, Roger, and the others planned to keep exploring this world a bit longer. When it was time to return to the One Piece world, they'd just seal themselves and use the transdimensional chat group's red packet feature to get sent back.
Lin Xuan had already stationed people skilled in sealing techniques on Earth in the Dragon Ball world, Namek, and the Naruto world. Now he could shuttle the Edo Tensei ninjas from the ninja world between all four locations with ease.
He even had a new idea: in the future, when swaps for sacrifices were needed in the Naruto world, the people stationed there could notify Yakushi Kabuto to perform Edo Tensei, then send them over. It would save a ton of reputation points.
Not long after Lin Xuan and his group left the Dragon Ball world...

Goku looked at him with eager anticipation. "Would that be okay?"
Might Dai paused to think.
For him, teaching the Eight Gates to Goku wasn't an issue at all. But back when he'd learned this forbidden technique in the Hidden Leaf Village, he'd been warned not to pass it on lightly.
What's more, he was now Lin Xuan's subordinate, so he figured he should check with him first.
He asked Goku to wait a moment, then messaged Lin Xuan through the Naruto world chat group.
"@Lin Xuan, Guild Master, there's a kid here named Goku who wants to learn the Eight Gates Formation from me. Can I teach him?"
Lin Xuan, fresh back in the One Piece world, was caught off guard by the message.
But then a spark of excitement lit up his face.
If Goku mastered the Eight Gates, what would happen when he went Super Saiyan and layered it on top?
The thought alone made him eager to find out.
Without hesitation, he replied in the group: "Go for it. Teach him well, and have him handle some guild missions later to cover the cost!"
