"Hmm, I know." Sophie Wilson nodded earnestly, "My dear Mr. Seymour is just so gentle and adorable."
Driver: Is this selective blindness?
Luckily, for the rest of the journey, Sophie Wilson and Charles Seymour didn't say anything else that might shock the driver's heart, finally arriving home safe and sound.
After getting home, Sophie Wilson carefully took off her high heels, slipped into slippers, and sighed contentedly, "Home is always the most comfortable place."
"Tired?" Charles Seymour asked.
He frowned slightly as he looked at the high heels Sophie had just taken off. He had them custom-made to be easy on the feet, so why was Sophie still so tired after wearing them?
"Yeah, a little." Sophie nodded and playfully jumped onto Charles Seymour's back, "Mr. Seymour, carry me upstairs."
It was only then that Charles realized what she meant by being tired—it was just some affectionate whining.
