Benjamin Walton now holds the majority of shares in Wilson Corporation, but those directors are not to be underestimated.
"President Walton, the company's troubles started when you took over. Don't you think you owe us an explanation?"
"That's right. The stock price has dropped beyond recognition. Do you know how much of our assets have evaporated during this time?"
"I'm about to retire, and I'm almost losing my life savings. President Walton, you need to account for this!"
Benjamin Walton laughed in frustration: "Do you think I enjoy this?"
"President Walton, whether you like it or not, you can't deny that problems began when you took over the company."
This has to do with their wallets; no director would relent.
"President Walton, if you've offended someone, just talk to them and make peace. Our company might still be saved," advised a director. "When we lose, you lose too. You don't want to end up bankrupt, do you?"
