The partner schools working with Q University are all some top art academies in Europe. There aren't many spots, and the fees are far from cheap, but even so, lots of people are scrambling for them. For the sake of its reputation, the school of course won't just send any random mess over. They're still students, so selection is based on grades.
Each school has three spots, and there are five partner institutions in total, so fifteen people altogether.
The slots aren't divided by class, but by the entire grade.
