It was a completely instinctive move, Valentina left Flora and the others behind, leaping out to stand between the unknown existence and the doorway.

She looked like the old muscular mage who fearlessly stood in front of the Flame Demon, uttering that classic line.

"Don't go in!"

However, her hands were empty, without a Magic Staff or Longsword, and she didn't appear very intimidating.
Like a small panda encountering danger, she stood up and spread her arms to make herself look bigger.
"Valentina! Don't be impulsive!"
When Flora realized what Valentina was about to do, she actually tried to pull her back, but failed, watching helplessly as she rushed over.
Damn it!
Flora didn't know what Valentina sensed, but she knew that whatever was making this Epic Giant Dragon so tense wasn't something easy to handle.
And now, she was directly confronting it head-on.
This is bad.
