The three of them, Beisitian and her companions, arrived at the castle's main gate. Someone came forward to help park their car, while another person led the three of them into the castle.
"May I trouble you to show your invitation letter."
"What's this? We're not allowed in without showing the invitation letter?"
In front of the castle there was a courtyard about half the size of a football field. As Beisitian and the other two followed the waiter in a black vest and white shirt inside, they heard a rough voice booming away somewhere ahead.
Faced with this man's questioning and imposing manner, the waiter showed not the slightest nervousness or displeasure. With an official smile on his face, he said, "Without an invitation letter you naturally cannot enter. Asking you to show it now is merely to facilitate the arrangement of your lodging."
"So what you're saying is, there's even my door number written on that invitation letter?" the rough voice snorted coldly.
