Kenneth Osborne curled the corner of his mouth, and with a bit of a mischievous air, said, "Yes, it's a spar. Surely, getting defeated can't be called a one-sided beating, can it?"
This was obviously implying he one-sidedly beat up Edward Foster!
Ella Zimmerman was trembling with anger, wanting to reach out and grab Kenneth Osborne.
Kenneth, however, sidestepped her slightly and said blandly, "Please step aside, Secretary Zhou. I don't want to spar with a woman."
Ella angrily retorted, "Are you admitting that you hit someone? Are you going to hit me, a woman, too?"
"Whether I hit someone, you can ask Mr. Foster Jr.," Kenneth stopped bickering with Ella and walked around her briskly, heading straight out.
Mrs. Foster completely ignored the exchange between Kenneth Osborne and Ella Zimmerman.
She simply took out a tissue, gently wiping the blood from the corner of Edward Foster's mouth, saying, "Go see the family doctor and get checked, just in case."
