Time flew by, and after meeting with the accompanying officials, Beatrice prepared to return to her room.
However, when she arrived in the room, she did not see Louis.
After glancing around the room, she saw a note left by Louis on the desk.
The note was placed on top of a file folder, and it read:
"I'm going to take a bath first, see you later."
She smiled and turned the note over.
On the back of the note, it read:
"The moonlight is beautiful tonight."
Beatrice's lips curved into a happy smile.
Unconsciously, she also began to look forward to the moonlight tonight.
Just as she shyly got up, she accidentally knocked the file folder off the edge of the table.
The file folder fell to the ground.
The unsealed file folder vibrated, scattering the draft papers all over the floor.
Beatrice knew this must have been placed here by Louis.
The documents she needed to handle were impossible to bring to the bedroom.
To be precise, at least not today.
