The Angel King New Bal, after years of conquest, has many Holy Hall Knights and Angel Mages under his command.
They do not cultivate the Wind Element, only the Light Element, extremely compatible, with extraordinary talents.
On this day, New Bal summoned four angels under his command to discuss matters in his palace.
