Jovana Shaw twisted open the bottle cap and gulped down several mouthfuls.
It wasn't until she finished half the bottle that she stopped, showing an embarrassed and urgent expression to Aurelia Shaw.
Aurelia Shaw smiled at her, "You can keep that bottle to drink."
In a place where she couldn't be seen, Aurelia Shaw's smile deepened, a cold light flickering in her eyes.
"Sister, why do you think Dad wants us to go back this time?" Jovana Shaw felt the air conditioning temperature in the car was a bit low, but looking around, she realized the air conditioning wasn't even on. She felt uneasy and thus started chatting with Aurelia Shaw to ease her mind.
Somehow, this made her feel a little better.
"I don't know either. Dad just called and said there was something, but he didn't tell me what it was." Aurelia Shaw replied casually, her gaze fixed ahead. The dappled light and shadow cast her face in a mysterious and unpredictable light.
