Aurelia Shaw, after putting away the clothes, saw Mason sitting on the bed, deeply in thought with furrowed brows. She walked over, leaned down, and kissed him on the brow, "What are you thinking about?"
"You." Mason Nightshade hugged Aurelia in return, burying his head in her, saying it without a second thought.
Aurelia froze for a moment, then lifted her hand to rub his head.
"Can't you not leave?"
The strong tone from earlier had now turned into negotiation.
"If I don't go back today, my brother will come here to catch me being irresponsible." She hadn't seen her brother in a long time.
