But when dealing with these super soldiers, whose explosive power is no less than that of A-level Radiation Beasts, you can only push the power consumption to 120%, at which point the Level 7 mechanical creations, with a built-in engine - V-Type Carbon Atom Reactor, seem somewhat insufficient.
Especially when there are no organisms present.
