Evil gods are generally divided into two types, new gods and old gods, among which old gods are also known as Ancient Times Dominators.
In terms of tier, new gods are typically Tier 4 or Tier 5, while old gods are above this level.
The difference between the two is that a new god must sacrifice an entire civilization to ascend to an old god, where the "Ancient Times Dominator" among old gods signifies domination over a past civilization.
Sacrifice a Level 3 Civilization, and you can become a Tier 4 Ancient Times Dominator; sacrifice a Level 4 Civilization, and you can become a Tier 5 Ancient Times Dominator; sacrifice an ancient civilization, and you can become an Ancient God.
Legend has it that if you sacrifice a Level 9 Civilization, you might even become a terrifying will that transcends the cosmos.
However, cosmic evil gods with such ambitions generally end up as specimens for advanced civilizations.
