"Yes, and her skills aren't inconsiderable," Dean Carter praised Nora Scott without reservation. "Master said she completed her training at ten, then was sent to learn martial arts."
"Ten?"
Evelyn Winter was taken aback.
Damn, she only started learning at ten, and Nora Scott was already at the peak?
Dean Carter said, "That's what Master said."
Antonio Easton was known for speaking truthfully, never exaggerating.
"Oh," Evelyn Winter was doubtful. "Do you keep in contact with her often?"
"Not often, just occasional contact."
Evelyn Winter did not question Dean Carter's words.
Nora Scott didn't even inform him of Antonio Easton's passing, so the "occasional" contact he mentioned might be somewhat embellished.
After a brief pause, Dean Carter proactively asked, "Do you need her contact information?"
"No need."
Evelyn Winter refused.
