"Master?! Are you okay?! Did it infect you with something?!" Daesha came over and looked at the holes in the glove, but realized that only the outer armor was pierced, while the inner layer was still intact.
"I'm fine. I'm… Okay." Kikha breathed out a long sigh and looked over at those two somewhat immature faces, "That 'thing'... It's obviously a very evil ancient artifact."
"No shit!" Asmodeus snickered and pointed towards the creepy egg that started extending its 'tendrils' outwards. Those dark, shadowy tentacles were small, but incredibly strong. Able to eat through the metal wall or reach out and grab pieces of droids, pulling them closer.
"That's some fucking Old God egg, right?"
"I don't know what it is, but we can't just ignore it!" Daesha shot dozens of red blaster bolts at the egg and the Force Tendrils, but the damage was minimal. The egg was basically unharmed, just bounced around a few times. The tentacles did break apart, but would quickly regenerate. Pieces of metal from the droids was being sucked up onto the outside of the egg by the tendrils.
"How could he keep this thing on his body all this time?" Kikha quickly made her way over to the console next to the captain's chair, which was facing the viewing windows that stared out into the void. She struggled to ignore the voices in her head as she miraculously managed to get the slightly burnt console to work!
"That's what I wanted to say!" Asmodeus activated a few thermal detonators and launched them over with the Force, avoiding the tentacles. The grenades burst only when they were a few centimeters from the droid-parts surrounding the egg. Melting and blasting them into pieces. However, that molten metal seemed to be even easier to manipulate. It warped and transformed.
"What is that?!" Daesha shouted as she watched the molten 'egg' grow a small mouth near the bottom, then two little eyes stuck out to the sides. "I thought they were Rakatan?" Daesha shot the thing a few times regardless, but the creature raised its palm and they bounced off to the sides as a dark-red forcefield appeared!
"Darr Tah!" It roared and the whole bridge shook! The glass on the windows rattled and almost cracked, while those helmets shattered directly! Fortunately the two Jedi were able to use the Force to push away the shards before being blinded, but their sensitive tentacles were bleeding and injured!
"Sheet~!" Asmodeus flew forward against his will, but he swung down that crimson blade the moment he was about to be grabbed by that big hand. Those fingers were sliced off surprisingly easily, along with most of the arm, but the metal Rakatan didn't seem to be phased or in pain.
"Worthy… Vessel." Those squinted red eyes on the sides of the egg-head glowed brighter as the other hand reached out, "Sacrifice!"
"Nope~! Nope-nope~! Fuuuck~!" Asmodeus tried to kick off the creature's chest, but left arm was still gripped tightly! Then long orange-red tendrils shot out from the stump on the other arm, reaching towards his face!
"No!" Daesha screamed as she darted over and sliced off the 2 meter tall monster's left arm, "Deus!"
"Run!" He shouted as crackling purple lightning burst out along his arms and hands. Wrapping the lightsaber hilt and super-charging it, while also coiling around the crimson blade that extended to the maximum 2 meters!
"Darr tah!" Even though he spoke in Rakata language, the three of them could hear 'Victory over death!' in their minds!
The crimson blade and purple lightning struck the orange veins on that beige egg-like forehead. Then a powerful shockwave blasted outwards! Daesha was sent flying against the distant wall and Kikha was thrown towards the windows, which shattered before she even hit them!
Asmodeus was only pushed back a few meters, but then the air was sucked out of the room! There was no long, dramatic scene where everything was getting sucked out. It was only a matter of seconds before all the air in the room was just gone, though some new air was being supplied, it couldn't match the air that was being removed due to the vacuum outside.
