The day passed by quickly, and before long, night arrived. Asher and his friends had spent the entire day buying various things. Ryaen purchased different kinds of battlefield necessities, Finch bought a little bit of everything, while Vaelric merely picked up one or two items casually. Yet despite all of that, Asher still didn't buy anything for himself, forcing Ryaen to personally pick out several things for him instead, items which she practically forced onto him. Asher could only reluctantly accept them in the end.
Seeing the exchange between Ryaen and Asher, Finch and William simply winked at him with strange expressions on their faces. Asher merely ignored them, refusing to indulge in their ridiculous theatrics.
