At the Capital City of the Zarethorne Empire, citizens could be seen moving about without a shred of knowledge of what was happening. Although the scale of the explosions was immense, they could never reach the Capital City, and as for the poison, it would take a couple of days to reach here, and before then, it would have been dealt with.
Within the Capital City, a huge castle stood, taller than any other building within the Capital City. This was the Imperial Palace that had been erected by Lux Vanthelmor the First.
Emperor Zolthemir Lux Vanthelmor could be seen within his study, going through various documents as he read updates concerning the war. He knew things were starting off slowly for now, and he had to prepare for when things inevitably reached their peak.
