[Rosie's POV]
He kept smashing his fist on the wall, his anger steaming up as his eyes danced in their sockets.
I couldn't even look at him as my pants increased and I could tell he was trying to control his tears.
"How could she?" He barked, running his fingers through his hair, and I panted softly as the nurse here tried her best to carefully apply the ointment on my back.
I said nothing but just stared at the plain wall in front of me with a lot of emotions swirling in my head.
"What more has she done to you Rosie?" He asked, so serious as he paced closer to me, holding my hands and trying to draw a long breath.
I couldn't even talk, not with the pain that I felt all over my body.
"Please talk to me" he whispered, pressing his forehead on my palms, so sober that I could feel tears drop on them.
"Choosing me must have been a crime, right? Damien?" I muttered as my eyes had no emotions but only grief as I'd be left with scars just because of his crazy mistress.
