Aiden, Valerina, and Eliza stepped out into one of the grand academy corridors. The moment they emerged, a deep, melodic magical bell rang throughout the entire building — signaling the end of a period, though not yet a full break.
The three of them paused for a moment. Both Valerina and Eliza had recovered enough to walk and speak properly, the hazy, fucked-out expressions fading from their faces. Yet neither girl made any move to pull away. Instead, they pressed even closer to Aiden, each wrapping one arm around him possessively.
