Rava's eyes widened, her tentacles instinctively shifting beneath her cloak. "That sounds like monsters."
Naomi shot her a sideways glance, lips twitching despite the tension. "I can't believe that statement came from a tentacled creature like you."
Rava immediately crossed her arms, feigning offense. "Hey! Having tentacles doesn't automatically make me a monster."
Lux's lips curved faintly at the exchange, the humor easing the oppressive atmosphere just enough to keep everyone grounded.
