Qingyi watched his master's composure fall, her full, pink lips quivered gently and her pale cheeks blushed intensely.

That was obviously a lie.
He expected an explosive response from his master, perhaps disgust or anger.
But to his surprise, she just sighed, controlling her breathing and looking at him coldly.
"Are you sure this is your request?" She spoke, trying to keep some dignity in her voice.
"I only wish to help the master, if she gives me permission, of course."
"Ah..." Qingxue closed her eyes for a brief moment.
Her mind seemed to run through a multitude of thoughts before she finally turned around and sat down on a bench beneath a cherry tree next to the arena.
