The Chapter get Retranslated

Not long after Qing Wu and Raimei left, a team tracked them to the vicinity of the cave. A golden-haired, short-haired girl seemed to be the leader of the team. Her Pokémon were a fierce Houndour and a Scyther.

The Houndour looked like a black dog with two bone-like structures on its back, orange on its belly and muzzle, and a bone-like object on each ankle, ending in a stubby tail.

Scyther is a bipedal insectoid creature with a reptilian head and three distinct horns on top.

Its sharp scythe-like forearms are used for hunting prey and combat.

Its thighs are covered in sharp, angular spikes, and each foot has three toes with sharp claws.

The golden-haired girl looked at the scattered corpses outside the cave, which reeked of blood. She covered her nose with her hand and motioned to her two tall and short subordinates.

Seeing Ailena's gaze, the tall and short trial participants immediately understood her meaning.

The tall trial participant went to investigate the cause of death of these trial participants, to see what had killed them, while the short trial participant checked the situation inside the cave.

After a short while, the short trial participant emerged from the cave.

"Leader Ailena, Raimei is not in the cave, but my Rattata smelled that Raimei stayed here for a while. There are traces of Grassy Terrain on the ground, as well as some bloodstains and blood-soaked gauze," the short trial participant said to Ailena.

A moment later, the tall trial participant finished examining the corpses and also came to Ailena to report.

"The team that was wiped out seems to be Noah's trial team." Noah, being among the top five, was quite famous.

"Looking at their wounds, their throats were directly slit by sharp blades. Only Noah was killed by a stab through the heart."

"From the footprints on the ground, I estimate there are eight bodies but nine pairs of footprints, which means one person completed the elimination of Noah's team," the tall and thin trial participant said to Ailena, looking at the wounds on the corpses.

"And all their wristbands and Pokémon were looted," the tall and thin trial participant reported directly.

"As the trials near their end, all sorts of monsters will appear. The annihilation of Noah's team is a good thing for us."

"Now Lan Ling's team and Kuraki's team are frantically hunting other trial participants, hoping to secure the final breakthrough spots," Ailena said, chewing a bubblegum and blowing a large bubble.

"Didn't we also form a lone wolf team under the attacks of other trial participant teams? This means everyone is fighting for a qualification spot," Ailena analyzed.

"Let's go," Ailena said nothing aloud, but she thought more deeply. Noah's team was not much weaker than her own.

Ailena was knowledgeable and immediately recognized that most of the trial participants present had died from Zubat wings.

This person had two Pokémon, one was a Zubat, and the other was a Rock-type Pokémon.

Because Ailena saw scattered rocks on the ground, she recognized that these were moves used by a Rock-type Pokémon.

Moreover, there were many water stains on the ground, indicating that a Water-type Pokémon had fought here.

"I heard Noah had a Starter Pokémon Croconaw. It seems this Croconaw couldn't stand against a powerful trainer wielding a Zubat." Ailena thought about it, and among the top five trial participants, only Qing Wu and Lan Ling used Zubat.

However, Lan Ling was more concerned about her reputation and did not act easily, so after ruling out that possibility, it was very likely that Qing Wu had taken action, or it was a deeply hidden trial participant.

"Qing Wu, Qing Wu, just how strong have you become? How can you fight an eight-person team alone and still manage to counter-kill them?" Ailena murmured.

Ailena knew it in her heart but couldn't believe such a huge disparity existed among trial participants.

"Let's go," Ailena said to her team, and everyone hurried towards the base.

As the trials continued, things became increasingly unstable. It seemed safer once they reached the trial base.

In Team Rocket's trial base, Frostwolf's office, Qiong gleefully held an excellent Fire Stone, swinging it back and forth in front of Cang.

"Didn't expect this, did you? I actually managed to trade for an excellent Fire Stone. This way, my Vulpix will be able to evolve!" Qiong nearly drank a celebratory drink and danced a jig.

"Hmph," Cang's mouth twitched slightly. He had never seen such a childish side of his younger brother.

Instructor Frostwolf watched the excellent Fire Stone with envy from the side.

"When will my materials arrive?" Cang asked expressionlessly.

"Most of the materials have been collected. Only three materials have not been delivered yet, but information from the Anbu indicates that these materials will arrive today," Qiong said to Cang, glancing at his communicator.

"Cang, are you really not going to see Team Rocket's medical specialist?" Qiong asked earnestly again.

"Cough, cough, no need. I've already seen through life and death. You don't need to persuade me anymore," Cang said guiltily, his hands caressing the three Poké Balls, unable to put them down.

Even Cang was tempted by the Pokémon contained within these three Poké Balls.

"Frostwolf, how much longer will the trials last? Isn't it almost over?" Cang hinted.

"Only one month has passed, but the number of participants has significantly decreased," Instructor Frostwolf replied honestly.

"That's enough. Any fewer, and it won't meet Boss Sakaki's requirements. If possible, let's hold the final trial soon," Cang was now very eager to recruit Qing Wu.

"The number of remaining participants is indeed not many," Instructor Frostwolf said, looking at the remaining headcount.

According to the normal rules of the trials, there would be two more months for Pokémon to grow, and then the final top three would be decided by Pokémon battles.

"If we give them two more months, only a few people will probably survive. Just give the order and call these trial participants back."

"Our original goal was to raise them like Gu insects, teaching them that only the ruthless can survive," Cang said to Instructor Frostwolf.

"But they turned out to be too ruthless, and the number of kills is almost over the limit," Instructor Frostwolf grumbled. This batch were all fierce individuals.

Instructor Frostwolf felt a surge of indignation at Cang's bossy instructions.

"I'll talk to Boss Sakaki directly. I'll take responsibility if anything goes wrong. Besides, we're severely short-handed right now, so let's not lose any more people here," Cang decided.

Team Rocket Trial Base, Dormitory 133.

Qing Wu walked directly to Dormitory 133. The door used a card-swiping system.

Qing Wu pulled out the Black Card the Colonel had given him. With two beeps, the door opened.

After pushing open the door, he found a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment with a toilet and a shower room.

The living room also had a 60-inch large TV. Qing Wu opened the room to look around.

Each room had a toilet and a large bathtub.

There was also a laptop in the room and a large two-by-two-meter bed.

Qing Wu walked into the room, which had been thoroughly cleaned by the staff.

After checking that no infrared cameras were installed in the entire room, Qing Wu opened the laptop.

The laptop was empty, with only a Team Rocket icon.

Qing Wu recognized this as Team Rocket's internal network specifically used for exchanging items.

As long as one had a Team Rocket grunt's account and password, they could easily log into Team Rocket's internal network.

The internal network was divided into three functional areas: Mission Board, Team Rocket Forum, and Exchange Area.

The Mission Board, as the name suggests, was where missions were posted on Team Rocket's internal network, with a certain amount of Team Rocket Points offered as a reward.

The first person to complete the mission would receive the Team Rocket Points reward, giving it a bounty hunter flavor.

The Team Rocket Forum was a section for all Team Rocket members to communicate. It included Pokémon training, Pokémon skill training, wilderness survival experience explanations, and so on.

However, these specialized training posts usually cost between 1 and 100 Team Rocket Points, depending on the number of views and subscriptions.

The Exchange Area was a much larger section, further divided into Pokémon Exchange Area, Pokémon Material Exchange Area, and TM Exchange Area.

The specific functions of each area will not be elaborated upon here.
