Fourth Place opened on a Saturday without allowing one impossible door to become its entire identity. The restricted room remained locked, monitored, plus absent from every public map except the required emergency plan.
Our first event had sold six hundred forty tickets across three programs and one evening exhibition. That number stayed below certified capacity because opening day needed movement space more than a flattering sellout label. Every public entrance remained independently accessible before decorations or promotional displays received any attention.
"Today succeeds if people leave safely, workers receive correct pay, and tomorrow's invoices remain possible. Applause belongs after those three things," my coordinator said.
