"Class, today we have a new student joining us," said Mr. John Savage the 7th grade homeroom and math teacher, ushering Adelaide in with him.
"Hello, my name is Adelaide Albrecht, I look forward to studying with you all," said Adelaide, looking up at the students sitting in the amphitheater style classroom.
"Are you an Albrecht from Albrecht Nuclear Systems?" demanded a girl wearing a garish floral headscarf.
"Yes, I am. Got a problem with that?" asked Adelaide, feeling the hostility radiating from the girl, and seeing the rest of the class tense up a bit.
"Yeah, you guys are Nazis, and have turned Germany into a nuclear-powered Fourth Reich while forcing my people to flee once again!" snapped the girl.
"Well, you idiots went and banned nuclear power and caused the energy crisis in the first place!" snapped back Adelaide.
