While Mavia moved towards the next enemy, Asten was in her way.

Jewel, barely managing to get up, said, "Over my dead body."
Alex said, "Just stole my words, dumbass."
As Licht picked up:
Liebe said, "Hey, Licht."

Liebe said, "Licht, stand down. You guys have done enough. I alone will be more than enough for what comes next."
Licht said, "Liebe, I'm sorry. I wasn't—"
Liebe said, "No, you did your best, Licht. But the real question is: do you have enough mana to stop me?"
Licht said, "I do. Liebe, go ahead."

Licht said, "Hey, Liebe. I'm sorry you are having to pull the trigger yourself. I'm sorry."

As Licht gave it:

Liebe screamed at Lilith over the communicator: "What have I done? What have I done? What the hell have I done? God damn answer me. You hurt my friends. You were never there for me. If you want to know what the hell I have goddamn done, leave your house and see what the hell I had to do when you were cherishing your baby. If you want to know what I did, then goddamn learn to leave your fancy chair and see goddamn what I had to do. I lost my friends because of you. Because of you, I lost everything. And I'm not goddamn like you. You have some nerve questioning me after hurting my friends. Look at me, Lilith. Look at the goddamn man I have become, Lilith Faust. I have better things to do than kill that ugly son of a bitch. You bitch. I will goddamn beat you myself." As he cut the call.
Licht and everyone started to laugh.
Lilith said, "What's so funny?"
Jewel said, "This may be your final battle before your defeat."
Lilith said, "Don't forget, you are all at death's door."
As Licht started to laugh, he said, "You still don't get it. There is no way in hell that I would fear death with the strongest man in the world being my captain."
As Lilith was walking away, Jewel grabbed her leg and said, "I can't let you face Liebe. I know he will beat you, but it isn't right. I can't allow you to face Domr's heir. I won't allow you to break Tenebris's memory."
Lilith said, "Liebe already has, with his actions."
As Alex and Jewel stood up:
Alex said, "Shut the hell up, dumbass. Liebe would never. We won't allow you to harm Tenebris's memory. Domr would have never wanted this."
