After standing up Grace took a deep breath and got ready to dance. Among the various ritual dances, she chose the one which was the shortest in terms of length but was one of the more complex one. So it was a hard dance to master.
Grace was unable to use her healing magic here to heal herself. But fortunately she was able to use the skills and she had a "emergency recovery" skill that had not gotten any use in the regular world because her magic was much stronger than the skill.
But that skill was going to be a huge help in this situation. It was one of the random, somewhat useless skills that she had gotten due to Ren's ability.
So using this skill, she could reach her best state immediately but it would last for a limited amount of time. That was why Grace needed to finish the dance within that time period.
