Chapter 180: Dragon: You Think You're the Only One Who Can Pay-to-Win? I Can Too!

"Kuzan! Kuzan!"

"Quit riding that broken bike—go to the East Blue... No, forget that—go get Bartholomew Kuma! Use his Devil Fruit to get to the East Blue!"

Within mere minutes, five Marine warships had been destroyed.

Among them, two were elite warships—among the best vessels the East Blue's naval branches had at their disposal for emergency deployments.

Their hulls were reinforced with steel plating, outfitted with cannons and advanced machinery.

Most critically, their keels were made with seastone, enabling them to cross the Calm Belt by mimicking the sea's natural aura.

The cost of building just one top-tier warship? Nearly one billion Berries.

And Mihawk sold two of them without hesitation?

Was he using the Navy like his personal ATM?

Sengoku panted with fury, golden light beginning to flicker uncontrollably across his body.

"Strip Mihawk of his Warlord title as well!"

Soon after, Bartholomew Kuma arrived at Marineford's meeting room, not far from Navy Headquarters.

His massive, bear-like body loomed, wearing his signature hat with bear ears. His eyes were hidden behind reflective glasses, giving him a cold and solemn air.

The only incongruent detail was the Bible he still held in his hands—a symbol of salvation.

"Long time no see, Fleet Admiral Sengoku."

Kuma bowed politely, addressing the Navy's top commander with due respect.

Sengoku didn't bother with pleasantries. He asked bluntly, "The Impel Down incident—was it you?"

"Would you like to take a trip, Fleet Admiral?"

Kuma's voice was calm, sidestepping the question.

He knew full well that his actions—protecting civilians and liaising with the Revolutionary Army behind the Government's back—couldn't remain secret forever.

Still, his involvement in the Pacifista research made him too valuable. Even if fully exposed, they wouldn't dare act against him now.

"You…"

Sengoku choked on his words.

What he really wanted to ask was:

You've already accepted the modifications to become a "human weapon." You'll lose your mind soon. What's the point of all this?

The Revolutionary Army was a fleeting storm—destined to be crushed by the World Government. What good was helping them?

"Send me to the East Blue, Kuma."

The half-asleep Aokiji suddenly removed his eye mask, cutting off Sengoku's interrogation.

Kuma nodded. "So you want to travel to the East Blue? It's a great destination. Please don't resist—there may be slight coordinate errors otherwise."

He removed his gloves, revealing the Paw-Paw Fruit's power.

Boom.

A giant paw strike hit Aokiji, and he instantly vanished.

Wrapped in a bubble of compressed air, he was launched toward the East Blue.

Kuma closed his Bible and asked calmly, "Shall I go to the East Blue as well, Fleet Admiral?"

Sengoku slammed the table. "Are you trying to help the Revolutionary Army?!"

"Don't forget—they're the enemy of the World Government! If you defy their orders, the consequences will be severe."

"Don't worry. I just want to observe this sudden wind of fate."

Kuma's face remained unreadable beneath his glasses.

Mihawk, now empowered with a massive reward point haul, had unlocked all of his real-world capabilities and returned to the Island of Death without delay.

At that same moment,

Doflamingo stood atop the Azure-Scaled Eagle puppet, fending off both Garp and Dragon.

Fufufufufu...

"Vice Admiral Garp, fighting alongside the leader of the Revolutionary Army? Are you betraying the Navy?"

His right arm was now fused with the Firecloud Arm mechanism.

Scorching flames burst forth like rolling clouds, turning entire zones of the battlefield into a sea of fire.

"If the old man wants to join the Revolutionary Army, he's more than welcome."

Dragon conjured emerald-green tornadoes, each shaped into ferocious dragon heads that lunged at the airborne puppet.

"You little brat! I'll be Navy till I die—give it up!"

Garp hurled stone after stone, punching slabs loose from the ghost city's courtyard walls with his iron fists.

Iron Fist Art: Meteor Barrage.

"Too weak. You can't even force me to go all out."

Doflamingo twisted his fingers, smoothly controlling the Azure-Scaled Eagle.

Although the puppet could be controlled by thought alone, using the String-String Fruit's parasitic threads alongside it allowed for unparalleled precision.

With a flap of its wings, the puppet dodged the falling stone barrage.

Its tail feathers, sharp as blades, sliced apart the wind dragons attacking from below.

Fufufufufu...

"Let's see how you handle this!"

Spider's Nest.

White threads expanded like a massive web, stretching across half the street, ensnaring both Garp and Dragon.

"If that's all you've got…"

Dragon looked up—only to see countless black spheres raining from the sky.

When they hit the ground, they clicked, unfolded legs, and skittered forward at terrifying speed.

Mechanism: Scatter Seed Soldiers.

These dense, obsidian-black pellets were packed with high-grade black powder—just a speck could kill a Sea King.

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!

A series of deafening explosions rocked the entire ghost city.

Dark smoke billowed upward like mushroom clouds.

Even with Garp's Fortified Armor and Dragon's Wind Dragon Scale Armor, both were forced into revival mode.

"As expected—even purple-grade skills need a strong physical base to unleash full power."

After reviving, Dragon immediately spent points to lift his weakened state.

Then—

He poured the Revolutionary Army's operational funds into the exchange menu without hesitation.

Just like Doflamingo, Monkey D. Dragon had reached his peak form.

"Wind Dragon Roar!"

Dragon's throat expanded as an immense concentration of wind-elemental energy surged.

A massive magic circle appeared, nearly blotting out the street. A colossal dragon head emerged and let loose its breath.

A howling cyclone ripped through the city.

The Azure-Scaled Eagle was torn apart like a candle in a storm.

Doflamingo, riding the puppet, was consumed by the gale in a flash—his form flickering to white light as he crashed to the ground.

The lingering storm carried Garp—just revived—crashing through multiple walls before finally stopping.

"The Revolutionary Army's leader… impressive."

Doflamingo staggered upright, his face serious as he felt the residual energy of the storm.

Suddenly—

As if the storm's power posed a threat to him, the chained Soul Reaper began violently struggling, though he still couldn't break free.

Then, as if to vent all his accumulated fury, he opened his arms wide.

Thick, pitch-black Yin energy swirled toward him.

Slowly, a massive scythe materialized.

"A scythe?"

Doflamingo looked up, his face twitching—his sunglasses askew.

"That's one of the Soul Reaper's abilities? This is insane…"

Even Smoker and Ivankov, locked in battle nearby, paused and looked skyward.

All players, and the viewers watching through the Den Den Mushi, held their breath instinctively.

The blade of the scythe stretched so wide, it nearly blotted out the entire sky above the Island of Death.

Its size was beyond imagination.

If it swung even once—

every player on the island could be wiped out in an instant.
