Yohan stepped to the side the moment the officer pulled the trigger.
The bullet flew past where his head had been a fraction of a second earlier.
For a moment, even Yohan was surprised.

But people always telegraphed their actions, and with Yohan's skills he could see everything. The tightening of a finger, the tension in the wrist and the subtle shift of a shoulder.
He could even see the structural parts of the body the naked eye couldn't.
Once someone committed to pulling the trigger, the shot was already decided.
The bullet couldn't be stopped, and the person firing it couldn't suddenly change where they were aiming either.
His lips curled into a grin.
