Chapter 573 - 573: Stabilizing the First World

Those people seemed to have turned into fireflies.

Six colored light flowed out from every cell in their bodies, spreading outward like warm lanterns in the dark.

But normal carbon based life should not glow.

And certainly not with multiple colors.

Some of the glowing people screamed in terror, while others laughed in uncontrollable excitement. They ran wildly and shouted in panic, but before long, their strength drained away. Their bodies slackened, collapsing to the ground while still radiating that brilliant light.

"Ah! Those Earthlings are glowing… wait, their cells are melting and emitting light!" Galan cried out from outside the planet.

She turned toward Malrick anxiously. "This looks like assimilation caused by the dimensional environment. Do you have a way to fix this?"

She sounded even more nervous than Malrick himself. In her mind, if even he had no solution, then the Multiverse truly had no hope left.

"Assimilation is not quite the right word," Malrick replied calmly.

He could see the situation far more clearly than Galan.

On Earth, as the first group collapsed, more life forms that entered the God Realm Dimension began to glow in succession. Their cells melted and burned within the light, making it appear identical to dimensional assimilation.

But that was only on the surface.

Malrick noticed that a small portion of individuals were melting far more slowly. During the process, their cells were gradually acquiring characteristics of the Six Gem Rules.

Some even began awakening abilities related to space and time.

This was not simple assimilation.

Rather, the Six Gem Rules within the God Realm Dimension were too exposed, far beyond what ordinary life could endure.

The six rules formed the structural foundation of the dimension, permeating every corner of existence. Malrick had never deliberately concealed them.

As a result, the moment Earth entered the dimension, life did not need awareness or intention. Their bodies began instinctively integrating with the surrounding rules.

Instead of assimilation, it was closer to forced transformation.

"This is easy to fix. It just requires precision," Malrick said.

He guided the entire Mutant Earth fully into the God Realm Dimension. At the same time, his colossal body also entered.

He began controlling the Six Gem Rules directly, gradually concealing them within the void and the dimensional barriers.

It was like kneading dough, adding water when it was too dry, adding flour when it was too wet.

Malrick adjusted the rules repeatedly, basing each change on the real time reactions of every life form on Earth.

Only when humans, Mutants, animals, bacteria, and even viruses showed no abnormalities did he finally stop.

"That should do it."

Using his vision, Malrick inspected the planet from its core to its surface. Every biological race now showed survival conditions nearly identical to before.

He then relocated Mutant Earth to the outermost region of the God Realm Dimension.

With a casual gesture, he placed a star nearby, recreating an environment indistinguishable from a normal solar system.

"That's it? Just like that?" Galan exclaimed. "How did you even do that?"

She stood on tiptoe out of habit, shading her eyes with her hand while staring at the distant Earth, even though the gesture was meaningless in the void.

"The rules were too exposed. I hid them deeper. You should be able to sense the difference," Malrick said, still watching the planet. "That Earth is stable for now, but only temporarily. It still needs observation."

"Oh… I get it." Galan's large purple eyes sparkled.

She raised both thumbs enthusiastically. "Amazing. Truly amazing, Malrick! You actually adjusted dimensional rules to behave like a normal Universe!"

"That praise is excessive," Malrick chuckled. "It makes it sound like you could not do it."

He casually extended a finger and flicked Galan aside.

To Galan, that gentle push sent her flying millions of kilometers.

"Ahhhh! Malrick, you did it again!" she shouted as she tumbled through space.

In just a few seconds, she felt like she had spun countless times. When she finally stabilized, she had only been moved from in front of Malrick's eyes to his shoulder.

But that distance still spanned millions of kilometers.

She was dizzy, her long hair completely disheveled.

"I told you not to bully people just because you are huge!" Galan yelled, hopping angrily in the void.

Every time she went to Malrick's Rege Duo clone for food, he would deliberately revert to his ninety million kilometer height just to tease her like this.

Galan was a cosmic deity. Even a direct encounter with a Big Bang would barely injure her.

But being flicked across space and having her hair ruined was infuriating.

And she had no way to retaliate.

The first few times, she would enlarge her body, stomp furiously, declare she would never speak to him again, and storm off.

Then hunger would set in.

She would return sheepishly, hands clasped behind her back, asking whether the kind Lord Malrick might spare her something to eat.

After being teased so many times, she now only stamped her foot in frustration.

She pouted and carefully fixed her hair, then shrank herself to the size of Malrick's palm so he could not easily flick her away again.

"I'm telling you, modifying the rules of an entire dimension is extremely difficult," she said irritably. "Do you think everyone can just grab rules with their bare hands like you?"

She turned her head, envy flickering across her face. "I wish I could do that. All I can do is eat and convert matter into energy."

"Envious?" Malrick laughed. "Alright, alright. I will stop bullying you. Eat more good things in the future and you will eventually grow into a Devourer of Worlds."

He reached out and gently rubbed her head, as if she were a small figurine.

At first, Galan smiled, feeling comforted.

Then her smile vanished.

"Ah! You jerk! I just fixed my hair!"

Her hair was once again a mess.

Clutching her head, she opened a spatial portal and fled toward the living creatures' dimension.

"I'm not talking to you anymore!" she shouted as the portal closed.

"Sure, sure," Malrick replied with a shrug, completely unconcerned.

He knew she would be back the next time she got hungry.

"For Mutant Earth, the Rege Duo clone must continue observing long term changes," Malrick said to himself.

"If no problems arise, we can begin preparing to merge the Universe it belongs to."

"The first experiment is critical. The entire process must be flawless."

With that, Malrick stepped out of the God Realm Dimension once more.

He appeared in the void beyond it.

This place had once been absolute nothingness, no life, no rules, no structure across trillions of light years.

Now, seven vast dimensions floated there.

And among them, one was noticeably smaller than the other six.
