Chapter 577 - 577: Galan’s Resolve

"Ah? So many uncles and aunties, and even Entropy, Eternity, and Hatred…"

Galan's pupils trembled and her mind shook violently, as if she had witnessed the world collapse before her eyes.

She was a Universe Entity, not an Abstract Entity. She only had a vague understanding of what these uncles, aunties, brothers, and sisters had just done. She assumed they had all willingly sacrificed themselves for the universe.

Shock filled Galan's face. She suddenly felt the immense resolve of her elders and peers to save everything. Amid that shock her gaze slowly began to shift.

"Malrick… Malrick, should I do something too?" Galan turned toward him hesitantly.

But Malrick had already seen a resolute spark in her eyes, whether it was brave or reckless. She was clearly inspired by Eternity's act. A young heart had ignited, ready to burn itself into a torch.

Malrick fell silent.

"Do you think you need to make a sacrifice too?" he asked gently.

"Mm!" Galan puffed up her small face and raised her fist with determination. "My elders and my brothers and sisters are all so brave. Of course I have to do my best too!"

"So you want to start sacrificing by chanting verses? They were all symbolic manifestations, not real bodies. Are you actually one of those manifestations?" Malrick's expression was serious, like he was holding back both amusement and concern.

Galan froze, then shook her head vigorously. "I am not one of those manifestations, but that does not matter. I still want to help save the universe!"

Malrick glanced at Galan perched on his shoulder, trying very hard not to laugh.

"How are you going to save it, Galan? Are you planning to help me absorb the excess life energy?"

"I… uh…" The confidence on Galan's face faltered.

Malrick's question hit her like a shock. Galan was one of the universe's mechanisms of destruction. And she wanted to save it? Was she even thinking clearly?

Galan blinked, her eyes distant as she remembered her identity as Galactus's daughter. Her intended role in this universe was destruction, not preservation.

"I…" Galan paused, her confusion evident. She stood motionless before remembering something. "I, oh right, I can go find my father. He must want to help save the universe too!"

Malrick could no longer hold back and laughed out loud.

"Why are you laughing!" Galan's face turned deep red with embarrassment and irritation. "You think I am useless, don't you?"

She felt absolutely useless. Not only her, but her unreliable father too. Aside from eating, Galactus could not seem to help with anything. While everyone else risked everything, igniting hope, she and her father just ate.

"No, I am laughing because," Malrick said with a grin, "you are just too cute, Galan."

Galan's cheeks flushed even hotter with embarrassment. "W‑what cute? Cute is useless in the face of the apocalypse!" she snapped.

"No, I mean you are a little adorably stubborn," Malrick said, playfully nudging her.

Galan screamed and flew backward millions of kilometers. She was more irritated than ever, clenching her tiny fists, her skin flushed red across her arms and chest.

Malrick smiled as he continued. "You thought Eternity and the others sacrificed themselves, but that was a misunderstanding."

"Misunderstanding?" Galan's expression froze.

"They are Abstract Entities. They did not truly die. They shifted back into a conceptual state," Malrick explained. "Their purpose in doing this was to bring specific conceptual rules into the God Realm Dimension."

Eternity and the others were not gone. Their descent was not a sacrifice. Abstract Entities were concept embodiments. They were supreme because they existed before the rules they represented. When they wished it, they could introduce their concepts anywhere.

What looked like a tragic fall was actually them manifesting conceptual rules. Malrick was very familiar with this type of phenomenon.

After hearing this, Galan slipped into a daze. She stared at Malrick in disbelief, a sense of absurdity rising in her chest. The humiliation of her misunderstanding pressed in on her.

"Look back," Malrick said.

Galan turned her head with hesitation.

In the starlit sky behind her, two or three dozen illusory shadows faced her, smiling and waving. Those were her so‑called 'sacrificed' elders and siblings.

Seeing them made Galan's small face scrunch up further. Her complexion was so red it looked like she might burst.

"I, I… Ah ah ah ah! I hate you, Malrick!" Galan yelled, covering her face as she opened a spatial passage and dove into it.

Laughter echoed among the stars as her family smiled and waved, enjoying the humor of the moment.

Malrick shook his head with a fond smile.

Galan was still in the God Realm Dimension, but now she was back in her own small room, covering her head and rolling around while screaming. Eternity and the other cosmic beings had watched the entire scene unfold. They truly enjoyed teasing their junior.

Malrick watched as Eternity, Infinity, and the other Abstract Entities faded away again. He knew they would remain here for a long time. As new universes continued merging into the God Realm Dimension, their conceptual forms would integrate and grow more powerful within it. Slowly, this place could become a gathering of multiversal‑level abstract conceptual manifestations.

Yet, Malrick did not feel nervous. Instead, he saw that he had gained a significant advantage.

"Eternity, you truly are generous," Malrick said with appreciation. As the ruler of this dimension, he now had access to the concepts represented by those cosmic beings. They had integrated their very essence and rules into the God Realm Dimension. They had willingly become part of what he controlled.

Malrick realized this was not about trust, but indifference toward the mortality of manifested forms in the Marvel universe. They did not cling to their physical embodiments and willingly extended their power into his dimension.

With that power now part of him, Malrick felt the God Realm Dimension was complete.

He acknowledged the universe void beside him and accelerated the God Realm Dimension's process of absorbing the Mutant Universe.

With the concepts of Eternity, Infinity, Death, and Annihilation now integrated, the God Realm Dimension had reached perfection. With Galan's presence, it also now had a mechanism to eliminate excess matter within the dimension itself.

The contributions of other abstract conceptual manifestations were simply enhancements.

Malrick observed that the God Realm Dimension was ready to transform into a true universe. Every part of its space was signaling a need for energy. As soon as sufficient energy was added, the God Realm Dimension could immediately begin its transformation.
