These vehicles belong to the leaders or deputy leaders of various Survivor Alliances.
They have come at the invitation of the Wangbei Army to discuss matters of dealing with the Dawn Army.
Inside there is a conference table, rectangular in shape, covered with a tablecloth and adorned with fake flowers, which is quite good under apocalyptic conditions.
