As night fell, Mokaka, who had been resting for half a day, finally regained her state.
Thus, the final symphony began to unfold gradually.
When countless lightning strikes raged in the sky; when most of the victims were rushing into shelters, knowing it's dangerous to linger outside, the people inside the Floating Island, however, unconsciously walked out and gathered toward Mokaka's camp.
Although they were not afraid of the storm, partly because they believed in the defenses of the Floating Island, a magnificent structure near the top of the space elevator that would never be affected by a lightning storm...
But the larger reason was their reverence for Mokaka, a heartfelt desire to worship the performer of the music.
The first two pieces of music had already washed away their superficiality and rid them of the violent thoughts that had troubled them for so long, transforming them from "beasts" into "humans."
Now the final symphony might bring them even more insights.
