Silver Sea.
The Silver Queen tows a broken, leaking cruise ship back, the fleet under dimmed light control, showing the full caution of a failed retreat.
Sariel tries to gain the support of the captain officers on the Silver Queen through the command room of the cruise ship.
But after discussing for a long time, they still refuse to take a stand.
The military system is as steady as an old dog, unlikely to act out of anger or humiliation. Even when battered by pirates, they'd pretend nothing happened. Unlike the commerce guild, which freaks out with any loss.
Sariel wishes the Siren's water cannon had hit the Mercury Queen earlier. Only if they too suffered severe losses would they realize the fear of death and possibly cooperate.
In a moment of helplessness, an anomaly report comes from the cruise ship: "Captain, some sailors are experiencing vomiting and dizziness."
The captain is furious: "Seasick? Pathetic, not like it's their first day onboard!"
