Ji Mingyu was fully prepared for the woman to turn hostile, but Yun Shuang ultimately didn't make a move.
She merely said softly, "You're not entirely right. I might indeed not have entered the scene, but my position in Chu Xuan's heart is still very high. I'm certain of that."
In Yun Shuang's view, those women who could receive even a bit of favor from Chu Xuan were ultimately just fleeting clouds. How many could be remembered by him like Xiao Yun until now?
Though she wasn't as close as Xiao Yun at the moment, time would tell. As long as she's alive, there's always a chance...
Yun Shuang didn't understand what kind of feelings she had for Chu Xuan exactly, but she knew if he were gone, she'd be sad, and that was enough.
Ming Yu said smoothly, "Then how about we make a bet? Chu Xuan won't stay long at Wa Palace, and your relationship with him won't progress further in a short time."
"If you lose the bet, you can't pester him anymore."
