David followed the voice and saw the Duke of Ice Crown slowly emerge from the shadows. His face no longer held the usual respect and humility, replaced instead by endless ambition and madness.
"David, do you really think you can become the king of the Ice World?" the Duke of Ice Crown sneered, "You're wrong. This world needs a true strongman, not someone like you who has only gotten this far by luck and the help of others."
David was shocked, looking incredulously at the Duke of Ice Crown, this once comrade-in-arms has now become a betrayer.
He tried to find a trace of former camaraderie in the Duke's eyes, but saw only coldness and determination.
"You... you've colluded with Hellish Forces?" David asked difficultly, his voice full of shock and disappointment.
