If you encounter such a special situation, generally speaking, you need to report it to a superior. However, the general manager will not do so because the biggest boss of this store, Mr. Jiang, is right here.
Although he is a relative, from a responsibility standpoint, I still need to mention it to him. If Mr. Jiang nods in agreement, not to mention these things, even taking down the store and giving it to him would not be an issue.
Thus, the general manager politely said, "Please wait a moment, I need to consult."
Having said that, he turned and went out.
Jiang Fang, displeased, said, "Aren't they just a few shabby paintings? I've already paid you. Is it necessary to consult? Couldn't you just take the money and buy a few randomly?"
After the general manager went out, he quickly found Jiang Chuan.
In fact, Jiang Chuan had been standing quietly on the platform outside the corridor, looking at the distant scenery, lost in thought.
