"Captain, are you alright?"
As Luoyu disappeared into the distance, the pirates let out a collective sigh of relief, then rushed toward Cavendish.
"Captain, I checked from the lookout. That Marine Admiral's nowhere in sight—he's probably headed to Urs Island. We should take this chance and get out of here."
"If he changes his mind, we're done for."
Silence fell over the crew.
Once upon a time, even if the sky fell, Cavendish—bounty 230 million—could hold it up.
But now?
Even he had fallen.
Who was left to rely on?
And worst of all…
That new Admiral hadn't even gone all out.
"No. I'm going to Urs Island." Cavendish wiped the blood from his lips, finally steadying his breath as he stood.
Staring in the direction Luoyu had gone, he gritted his teeth.
"I was just caught off guard. That's the only reason he got the jump on me."
"Don't forget—I haven't used my trump card yet. I'll challenge him again. I'll show him Supernovas aren't pushovers."
"And I want to see… if he's still that cocky when he meets the monster the World Government picked as a Warlord."
The pirates looked at their captain's stubborn face and sighed bitterly.
But thinking back to Luoyu's mercy—and the destruction of G93—
And the monstrous strength of Edward Weevil…
They couldn't help but wonder:
What would happen when that new Admiral met someone as unreasonable as Whitebeard Jr.?
Thirty minutes later — Urs Island.
In the ruins of a shattered town, wounded villagers fled in all directions.
They glanced back in terror at the towering figure behind them—massive upper body, spindly legs, dragging a giant naginata and a trail of snot.
But what truly terrified them…
Was the old crone standing behind him.
"Mama, why aren't they here yet?" Weevil sniffled, lifting his weapon.
"Hehehe… my sweet boy," cackled Miss Bakkin, her face shriveled like bark. "Those Marines are fools. Just keep slaughtering these people one by one. They'll crawl out eventually, playing heroes and dying like dogs."
"We need to make headlines, Weevil. Big ones. That's how we'll earn your father's recognition."
"Once Whitebeard sees how much stronger his real son is than those fake ones, he'll know who truly carries his blood."
"Now go. Kill them all!"
"Okay, Mama!"
Weevil stomped the ground—stone shattered beneath his feet.
He launched forward like a cannonball, charging toward a group of fleeing civilians.
His naginata gleamed as it came down in a deadly arc.
The villagers turned pale, eyes wide with despair.
"Weevil! You're looking for us, right? We're here!"
"As Marines, we'll never let a single civilian fall before we do!"
"Rokushiki—Soru!"
A figure flashed behind Weevil, blade raised high.
"Mama, more bugs. I'll squash them first."
Weevil spun like a top, turning his downward slash into a sweeping arc.
BAM!
The clash echoed like thunder.
Vice Admiral Momonga's face twisted in pain—his hands went numb, his sword flew from his grip.
He was blasted away like a ragdoll.
BOOM!
He crashed into the rubble, coughing blood.
He looked up at Weevil, eyes filled with frustration.
This was their third fight.
At first, he could barely hold his own.
Now?
He couldn't even land a hit.
He'd thought about retreating—waiting for reinforcements.
But watching Weevil slaughter innocents…
His sense of justice wouldn't let him run.
"Hahaha! So much for your justice, Vice Admiral!" Miss Bakkin laughed, hobbling over.
"You said the Marines stood for justice. But look at you now—crushed like an ant."
"Don't worry. After we kill all of you, these worms will die for your so-called justice too."
"Weevil, my sweet boy—finish him."
"Show them your blade is heavier than justice!"
"Okay, Mama!"
To Weevil, there was no right or wrong.
Only what Mama told him to do.
He charged again, naginata raised.
Only a few Marines remained.
Momonga broke free from his subordinates' grip, sword in hand.
He charged forward.
But Weevil was faster.
Already in front of him.
Blade descending.
Momonga's pupils shrank.
He knew—his body couldn't keep up anymore.
From a distance, Cavendish and his crew arrived—just in time to witness the scene.
They'd assumed Luoyu would be here first.
But somehow, they'd beaten him.
Watching a Vice Admiral fall so easily to a pirate…
They hesitated.
Should they intervene?
Cavendish's face darkened.
He gritted his teeth and gripped Durandal.
"Fine. I'll repay the favor. But that monster's insane—I can't take more than a few hits."
But just as he moved—
A blur flashed past him.
A figure appeared between Momonga and Weevil.
"Sorry," the voice said calmly. "But justice… seems a bit heavier than your blade."
BAM!
